An excellent selection of strings for guitars, ukuleles, etc. I have bought strings for ukuleles with unconventional tuning and for electro-acoustic bass guitar. In each case he service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Delivery by first class mail meant that I didn't have to wait for the strings.

First class service! I needed a very specific string for a baritone ukulele I play in an non standard tuning. I called Artisan and they literally could not have been more helpful. Chris totally knew his product lines and was able to advise exactly what I needed. He also explained the differences between two string types and without his help I would have almost certainly have ordered incorrectly. I have now used them several times and 100% pleased with the product lines, friendly advice and service!

I normally order from Amazon, but I came across Original Artisan when searching for a half set of classical guitar strings. To be honest I had not heard of this website before but I am glad I found them They had the half set I needed and delivery was very quick.
