Staff were extremely fab in terms of communication and support. Car was delivered quickly and was given based on change in routine/environment.

What can I say well very easy they are the best they looked after me when my car was off the road would I use them again yes I would ten out of ten thanks again auxillis grand job

I had a minor insurance claim through Direct Line. Auxillis provided the hire car for the duration of the repair. Everyone one was courteous and professional. The car was dropped off promptly when they said it would be, and it had a full tank of fuel. Direct line were very quick in their repair and had my own car back with me later on the next day. So I only had the hire car for day, and all was great thanks.

The service was quick, prompt and the car was very clean and efficient.It was also generous in the time given for the lease.

Terrible as others have said here the communication is terrible gave us no time at all when they told us they were collecting the car and as the insurance ran out we couldn't get it to the petrol station in time (also a personal issue why we couldn't be home for few days) out insurance was invalid from 17th but the car still hasn't been picked up (midday 20th) initial complaint been ignored and not even covered anything. Wrong information given when we called them. All we've been told is we now have to wait for an invoice for petrol costs as we didnt fill it up to what we had. This would be easier with communication but clearly they dont like doing this. Will be escalating this

It took longer than I thought to organise, once done everything was good

Everything ran really smoothly...car delivery and collection were both on time. I was fully informed at all stages of the process. When I had queries they were answered in a very helpful and friendly manner.

Well organised, but abit of a mix up when my car had been returned, so ended up with 2 cars in my drive for 2 days.

Used as part of my insurance for hire car ..guys turned up when they said they would to drop the car off, and when I needed to keep the car longer because the car being fixed took a little longer again quick phone call to them and sorted within seconds…they were there when I needed them

Exceptional service. Was kept informed of prompt delivery of hire car. Superb spec vehicle, in as new condition. Collection at end of hire term was on time with no hassle. Would recommend Auxillis as a five star service.

I have experienced twice to use auxillis .this is excellent service they provide.

I had the misfortune to need Auxillis's help,as my car was in the garage for an inurance job.

From start to finish the process of arranging, collecting my hire car was effortless. The car arrived on time, The drop off driver had all the time to explain what i needed to do and was very professional. The collection of the car was great, again the drivers were brilliant and nothing was too much. I would definitely use again if I ever need their assistance.

My accident repair was dealt with very quickly and professionally and everyone I spoke to was very courteous and explained the process very clearly.

My personal experience was really good regarding the speed that everything happened,that my courtesy car was delivered hours before my car was taken for repair and six days later my car was repaired and delivered a few hours before the courtesy car was collected so I wasn't left without a car at any stage so was very pleased with communication and service provided,
