Easy and speedy process very helpful behavior

Ax delt with my accidents for well everything’s was very smooth picked up my car from my house and gave me a hired car on the same very pleased with the service I was use them again.

Great communication from start to finish. Once arranged, delivery was to the door. Polite and professional service at every stage. No hassle collection No fuss.. highly recommended as a go to......a company that cares about the customer

Amazing service

Absolute joke of a company, if they're not making money fron your claim theyll throw you under the bus.. so I put in a claim with my insurer, they tranfer it to ax to sort out.. because im not at fault & other persons taken liability... they processed with my claim, arrange co part to collect my car & then offered me a hire car which i said yes to... after my car was taken by co part, ax then said my hire car was ready but I would need to selfinsure it, I wasnt going to pay for a hire cars insurance when im making a claim???? So I never took the hire car.. 2 days passed.. the portal updated on my claim status at stage 6, cars a total loss.. to contact ax for further discussions.. so I called & they said they cannot proceed with my claim because I wouldnt self insure myaelf on one of their hire vehicles?? This is after conpart have had my car for 3 days.. so because they couldn't make any money out of the claim they threw it under the bus and said theyll arrange co part to bring my car back & I would need to go back to my insurer for them to deal with it... cant make it up.. so avoid these money hungry goons if you want your claim to be smooth. They only care about making money for themselves.

From start to finish AX were amazing, Everything was explained thoroughly and made us feel at ease. They sent us a hire car the following day which was superb. Was clean tidy and well maintained. They kept us up to date at each stage of our claim and nothing was too much trouble. It was easy to take delivery and release the hire car back to them and each associate was friendly and polite. Took the stress away from us completely. Definately recommend
