Call handlers were helpful but …
Call handlers were helpful but the online form filling was a problem for me.
The courtesy car was not suitable. I was told it was a similar size to my car. I don't agree that a Nissan Juke is a similar size to a Skoda Fabia.
I would rather have done without.

Very responsive and easy to contact
Amongst the chaos of admin, dealing with an accident and written off car, the one company that was professional, straightforward and responsive to deal with was AX.
Very pleased with the choice of cars

I would strongly advise against using…
I would strongly advise against using their services. They expect you to do most of the work yourself, and their system for recording and tracking claims appears to be unreliable. The information you receive about the status of your claim seems to depend on which member of staff answers the phone, with different staff providing inconsistent or incorrect information. Overall, the service has been frustrating and disappointing.

I bought my insurance through AA. After a non-fault accident, I dealt with AX, where the team was very helpful, reliable and informative throughout—from the total loss evaluation and courtesy car to receiving compensation from the third party and Copart. I’m satisfied from A to Z.

Accident repair
Fix Auto Matlock is where my car was booked in after it was hit in the rear end by a driver who was leaving the scene. The service provided by them was excellent. My car was sorted within days. The staff were knowledgeable and informative credit to them all, a lovely bunch of lads.I would recommend fix Auto in Matlock 100%.

Only one negative
Keeping you up to date, however the last week they did get ahead of themselves and was planning the return before the bodyshop had completed and with the strict 24 hours car swap it left me feeling unnerved, as I have work/childcare to sort.
