The company offers excellent products, though does not yet package & ship them with sufficient protection & you should expect at least a portion of each of your orders to arrive broken. Order the insurance. Additionally, they're still improving their capacity to ship items in a timely way, as some popular ornaments have languished on back-order. Responsive customer service! Late delivery.
I had a problem with getting my 3rd ornament. Once I explained that I had reported not getting it things started happening quickly & I received the item within a few hours on the same day. It’s a rather long story but I’ll get to the happy ending. It’s here & I’m pleased with the customer service.
