My original order was received within days. Unfortunately 1 item was broken. I called customer ser vice and received a replacement within three days, still in time to be a Christmas gift.

Communication is very good
Communication is very good. The ornaments are well made and very attractive. The packing was not top notch but nothing was broken. One ornament had fallen out of its box. I received an extra ornament that I didn't order. I hope I didn't pay for it, sigh. The date is a guess.

Great quality, sophisticated design
I started a Christmas ornament collection for my son 34 years ago of animals in Santa hats. Ornamentally You had a delightful glass fox in a Santa hat I bought this year is great. The quality is so fine, that I went ahead and ordered the buffalo in a Santa hat for next year (a year early.) The designs are not "cutsie" but sophistocated.
