Buyer Beware
I purchased a Spooky Cookie Urn and it was so cheaply made. The lid wouldn’t close and the color difference between the lid and the body was very different. I repeatedly asked for a refund and was told they would just send a replacement which I don’t want. Very disappointed.
Edit 12/28:
The “fix” was having customer service call me to explain how to use the urn. I told the person multiple times I don’t need a tutorial, I want a refund. He continued to push multiple times telling me nothing was wrong with the product. I had to yet again explain I would get my bank involved if I couldn’t just get the refund I’ve now requested multiple times.
Horrible customer service, but thanks for the concern “Jim”.

I finally got a refund, minus the shipping for non quality item. I don’t wish to speak with you as the refund is processed and given you have access to my reviews and the emails to your customer service, there’s nothing further to say and I don’t want to be contacted further. I’m replying here as it makes it sound like I was unhelpful or it’s somehow my fault with the service I received because there’s no need to take your phone calls. I will not do further business with this company and advise others to be careful.

Something for everyone!
I ordered ornaments for both my sons and for myself. I was extremely pleased with the quality and loved the fancy bags they each came in. I got a Grinch ornament, I did a family ornament for my oldest son, and a Santa with woodland creatures for my youngest. They are both in their 30's and loved them.

Slow shipping and customer service needs work
As I am writing this, I still haven’t received my order. We decided to get all new ornaments this year and saw that Target sells this third party brand so I thought I would be safe to order here during Black Friday. Well they lost my order at the warehouse and insisted I wait until absolutely last minute for them to check and send it out. Well surprise it was at the warehouse and they shipped it out via snail mail and Christmas is next week and I still haven’t received my order. If you are buying an ornament or two and don’t mind items not arriving in time, then okay but do not order all of your ornaments from here. My toddler is sad our tree has been sitting here sans ornaments all month. Customer service could have expedited my shipping but chose not to. They could have done it as courtesy for not shipping my package but their bottom line is more important.

I saw an ad for Ornamentally You on Facebook and decided to take a look. I hesitantly chose to order two ornaments knowing nothing about the company and wondered if they would arrive on time. Wow! Not only did they arrive in a timely manner, they were each packaged in a lovely little velvet pouch and the quality was better than I ever expected. I am absolutely delighted and wished I'd ordered more!

Custom Home Portrait Ornament
The ornament I received is special as it shows my daughter, son-in/law & their three sons in front of their rebuilt home. The house burned to the studs in October 2023. No one was hurt. They got back in in October this year.
It’s beautiful but so is customer service team of ornamentallyyou.com. Received a nice note after completing a survey. CLASS ACT!!!

Scam!
Like so many other 1 star complaints, mine is no different... Order placed and paid, company stated package delivery 12/6-12/9. They do not respond to inquiries on their Etsy page. I messaged them multiple times over the course of a week. Last message dated 12/9 when no merchandise received and order still showing label created (biggest scam) but not shipped (so they can blame USPS), I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Only asking for a refund did I get a generic response that they were truly sorry and appreciated my understanding. They then shipped the item 14 hours after I specifically asked them to cancel and refund. Now they tell me I need to refuse delivery to receive a refund, but really who's to say they can trust that line. I will just call BOA, they are amazing and will put the money back in my account while they investigate. They will clearly see by all my screenshots, messages and claim requests that this company did not act accordingly.
