I ordered 2 belts from them. It was during the really busy Christmas period so there was a delay, which possibly could have been better communicated but have to appreciate that this is a small company so not much negative to say about that.

The belts themselves were excellent. One had a small split in the leather that only became apparent on wearing a couple of times. As soon as I let them know, there was a response and offer to replace the belt, with the new belt coming with an upgraded leather within a week. The new belt also looks great.

Customer service outstanding. Small problem with my order which was recetified without delay. Great communication and response was timely and reassuring. Obviously handmade quality leather belt which is thick, durable and robust. Feel more than satisfied it will stand the test of time and has a lifetime guarantee which I’m sure we won’t need. Ordered at height of Black Friday busy period. The polish which was ordered to nourish the leather is also top notch. Will be a returning customer. Couldn’t be happier. We recently acquired a belt that adds charm to the wardrobe with its exquisite craftsmanship and appealing packaging. While overall pleased, I've rated it slightly lower due to inadequate communication from the seller. After a three-week wait, I began to question if the purchase was legitimate. Ordered on December 2nd, it finally showed up in the first week of January. The website did mention lengthy delivery timelines, but the notice was hard to find. It would be beneficial if they were clearer about shipping durations or improved their order processing efficiency.

Got two belts both beautifully made and the design. Well worth the wait.

The quality of the belt is lovely and I’ll definitely get another one maybe for myself (maybe the green one). Really nice would recommend and also recommend getting it personalised too.

The belt is brilliant - clearly well made and built to last. I’d read reviews that suggested it may take a while to arrive - which it did - but I was in no rush and sometimes hand made, quality items cannot be rushed!

The belt we ordered is a lovely addition to the wardrobe, beautifully made and nicely packaged.
I’ve deducted a star for their poor communication. Like many people after 3 weeks I began to wonder if I had been scammed. Ordered 2nd December, arrived first week in Jan, well buried in their website was a message about long delivery timescales. They should be more upfront about timescales or play catch up with their orders.

Stefy COO& Lead Belt Crafter picked up my review below and messaged me, apologised for my 'terrible experience', explained what had happen. It was a very positive, the outcome .... well Stefy was excellent, on Saturday 24th I received a parcel posted on Friday 23rd .....

The belts that are perfect, Stefy was as good as his word and a total gentleman, thank you.

order on 6th Dec 2025, now 11th Jan 2026 still not received belt. little or no response to progressing emails. Chat Bot on the website says order fulfilled .... view your full order details here .... Parcel2Go states 'on its way' dated 5th Jan.

Guess time for phone call to bank to recovery my money. Disappointed

Wallets and belts, all of brilliant quality, made it from the homeland to England safe and sound, and ahead of advised timings.

Quality of the product excellent. Good selection available. I did not anticipate how long it would take to receive the product and some indication of waiting time would have been appreciated.

I've never heard of this company before. I was skeptical, but after seeing what I've ordered. Ive seen the clip and thought ok. The belt arrived beautifully packed, and the quality along with the workmanship is beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this company, there is no other better belts out there.

My belt went missing in the post. I contacted the team and they sent a new one out ASAP and they will sort the issue with the courier. Love the belt and great service.
