Read previous reviews. They pretty much cover it all. Total Scam artist with little or no customer service. Do not recommend under any circumstances. So frustrated that we are just walking away from the 50 bucks and chalking it up to buying directly from a Chinese company with no North American customer service. We couldn't even get our credit card company to intervene successfully. We will be donating the shoes to someone they might fit and don't mind the smell.

This company is terrible. I would give zero stars, if it was possible. First, the product took forever to arrive (came from China) and was in a plastic bag (not a shoe box). The shoes are cheap material and uncomfortable. When I requested a return and full refund the company never replied to my emails. There is no 800 number to contact them directly, which also makes me question the authenticity and reliability of Orthoture. After numerous email attempts, they finally replied saying they needed photos and a reason for the return. After providing the photos, they say it is normal for the shoes to bend and change shape. No return address or postage was provided. I have given up, thrown them in the trash, and contacted my credit card company for a full return. Buyer BEWARE! Stay far, far away. I thought I would be able to get a comfortable, inexpensive shoe but I was mistaken.

Company sucks and quality is the worse and size is wrong. Can't even give them away even as a White elephant gift. Avoid this company and will also complain to the weather channel for allowing such a sham company to advertise on their site!!

this order was a long saga of interactions with "Oliver", beginning 11/14/24 order. shoes arrived and were terrible. requested return information. response on 12/5 with offer for a small % refund! furious i again requested return info and full refund (this after having forwarded requested photos of package and shoes!). communications with Oliver 12/6;12/8; 12/9; 12/14 when finally receiving an address in Shenzhen China which i would have to pay for return. so on 12/27, i settled for 20% refund. i will be surprised if this is ever given.

Easy on line ordering, was kind of nervous that tracking of package wasn't available but the boots arrived in a timely manner. Great fit, good quality.

It was very convenient to have so many women's steel toe shoes to look through in one place. I received my boots quicker than they said and they're great. I would shop here again.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. Everything about it is wrong. The picture of the shoe has been doctored;it looks nothing like the picture.The advertisement states the shoe was made in Italy but it comes from China and they send you the wrong size.Caveat emptor.This is not a company,this is a scam.Forget about getting your money back it’s not going to happen.

Product came in secure box with no damage and good quality for product will last you a long time.
Would suggest giving them another waterproof treatment too if you want. I like to!

Cool boots but wish they shipped direct to my address. Minus a star for not delivering to Canada. But I was able to order them to Canada which means I had to cross the border to pick these up which was a pain in the butt. But like I said the boots themselves are nice and comfortable.

I always receive what I ordered in a timely fashion and each item is exactly what I expected. Love Orthoture products and only wish you had my size in clothing available more often. Other than that you guys are great!

Arrived in a timely manner, fit perfect as soon as I tried them on. They were bought to be new boots for work since I'll be on my feet for hours on end and needed a steel toe, waterproof pair of boots. Made the best decision purchasing from Orthoture

I love the safety boots I ordered. I ordered up 1/2 size to be sure they were wide enough for my foot and they fit perfectly. Order was filled promptly.

If there was a rating for zero stars I would select that. Misled and duped by the advertising and “shipped immediately” promise, never knowing it was being shipped from China! Ordered in November and still no package. Based on other reviews it shouldn’t matter bc the shoes sound like they are worthless but these were to be given to an older gentleman in need of a new pair of shoes for Christmas. And now he won’t have them. Shame on you Orthoture.

When I tried to return the shoes I got the run around. In the end my only option was to pay twice the price of the shoes to return them to China. My bad for ordering a shoe from a company I wasn’t familiar with. I feel their website is filled with misleading info. Do not fall for this scam!!

SCAM! Do not buy! They are selling poor-grade shoes that they even do not have on hand! I have been waiting for nearly a month and have no signs of the shoes. I have written the company a number of times, and all I get is a cut-and-pasted nonrevelent reply. I will be asking my charge card company not to pay this company!

These shoes were not as advertised. There w as absolutely no arch support whatsoever. I'm embarrassed that I didn't look up reviews of this company before purchasing them.

The quality of the shoes is terrible - very flimsy and no support. Supposedly they guarantee satisfaction but I would have to pay a fortune to ship back to China or accept a 15% discount. I would never order from them again.

Ordered. Came very quickly and looks excellent! Only complaint is that the envelopes have residual ink on them as if they didn't let the cards dry 100% before packaging. Luckily I'm not that picky lol got to send them out in a rush.
