Do Not purchase these shoes unless your ready to loose your money. These shoes are awful and very cheap. The website is very misleading on everything it says. They are flat, no support, and I promise If you can get a good fit, you'll wear them out on the farm. Also their 45 day money back guarantee is a joke. There isn't anyway to get that back because the information they give you to reach out about a refund, well they NEVER responded back. I can say I just went through a nightmare trying to do so. I am a real human, not AI and definitely not a paid customer to right this review.
Take my advice and run away from this company and product. There are better more trusted companies to purchase good shoes for your feet. Do your research.

My daughter is in med school and started residency so she’s doing need’s comfortable shoes. Frequently doing 24 hr shifts so on her feet constantly! It was so easy or order and loved that the founder reached out and thanked me for my order!!

Not sure how these would actually support anyone for 12 hours. There is absolutely no cushion on the ball of your foot. I feel like I am walking on the ground and I have only had these on less then 2 hours and I spend most of my day sitting at a desk. The eyelets have already torn the shoe strings and I just received the shoes yesterday (10/14/26). In my opinion, they are crap shoes. I wish I had never purchased these and will not encourage anyone to try them. They came from China so I know requesting a refund is useless. I hope this review helps someone NOT spend any money on these.

I tried to cancel my order a couple of hours after placing it, had read reviews and it concerned me. No one responded for over a day and it had been shipped. They offered me a 15% refund. Received the shoes and they were huge. I ordered a size 8, my normal size. These shoes were at least a size 9 or bigger. The easy return they promised is a lie. Because they were "on sale", no returns.

The employees at Orthora all worked together to make my Reorder a good experience! This will be my second order! I am a chef and stand all day.. I also have extremely high arches and the support I get from these shoes is excellent

The first pair of shoes I received were too large. Instead of having me send them back, Karen let me keep them. All I had to do was send measurements of my feet and show pictures of the shoes being too big. She quickly sent me the correct size shoes. They feel good and I look forward to buying more after I have tried them for work. I appreciate Karen taking the time to help me. I am very pleased. Great customer service.

Everything was easy to order just didn’t like it tell me I could get another pair @ 160 dollar was on you guys but they charged my card and the I couldn’t cancel my second pair

Easy read about shoe specifications. Very good price and can’t wait to see and see if shoes live up to see what I expect.

Tracking info was non existent. They kept sending info saying they were shipped. Nothing else. Took almost 6 weeks to receive. Suppose to have 45 day trial with easy returns but the return process is at your expense and you are offered 10% back. The fit is horrible. Sooo wide and puckers at bottom of laces. The pink is so pepto bismal pink and just ugly and they don’t fit at all. They look like clown shoes. So keeping them and getting 10% back is not a great deal. I would never recommend them and I think a lot of these reviews must be fake. Big hassle and poor customer service.

Needed to exchange for smaller size then they told me I have to pay to exchange the shoes so I asked for a refund. They then send email after email explaining that they are going bankrupt and simply cannot refund my money. But if i paid for exchange they would send another pair of shoes to me. Refused to give an address for return. Refused for me to speak to a manager. And stopped emailing me back. Would not give a number to call to speak with someone.

I ordered before and I love them. They helped my feet a lot. I’m on them a lot during the day. I’m a caregiver.

It was very simple I just worry cuz this is my fourth pair of shoes I have bought and if they don't work how easy is it to return them it's getting to be kinda pricey

I am beyond upset at the hoops you had to go through to make a return. It’s been like two weeks back and fourth just to exchange my shoes for a smaller pair. I received my order Sept 29th. The only way to get a hold of them is to email. They don’t have a phone number or anything. Got them tried them on and they didn’t fit. They run big. And the hoops they have had me go through just for an exchange is ridiculous. I will definitely never purchase from them again. So beware, if you order and if for any reason you have to exchange it will no be an easy process.

I should have read the reviews. I ordered a pair, I was really hopeful - but these are cheaply made. Not only that - these DO NOT have the 'wide toe box' as they claim. They DO NOT have the arch support either. The day these arrived - I contacted them to process the return and the response is not professional for a business they are running. Got reply back from 'Susan' stating 'all the reasons of how their business is surviving' and that they cannot refund. They offered 50% voucher for another pair - but who, in their right mind, would order again from them given their dis-honest policies? This business should be reported to BBB.
