Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered these shoes because I am on my feet all day, and my feet ache so bad at the end of the day. I received my original pair after 11 days but they were too small. So I emailed their "customer service " and then it all went wrong. I received an email with the csr just repeating what I said in my original message. They made me send them my shoe size in inches, and when I did, it took over a week for a response. Its been 6 weeks and they have only sent 1 communication a week. When I asked for a refund, they said they could give me a 25% good faith refund. I said no, I wanted a full refund and then I got an email saying their company isnt doing well enough to issue refunds and they would offer me a voucher for 70% off their new line thats in production. This company is a sham. Do not waste your money or your time. I'm so disappointed because the company website makes it seem like they really cared about their customers.

I ordered a pair at 60$ to alleviate…
I ordered a pair at 60$ to alleviate foot and back pain due to high arches. After about a week I got them. Wore to work for 4 hours hurt worse than usual. Next day, off no issues, 2nd day wearing them hurt even worse. Went back to my old shoes the following day, no issues. Not looking for a refund willing to eat it. Don't think they're a very ethical company

Ordering was easy and I loved the variety of colors for the shoes. It took a while to get the shoes, but eventually they arrived. We tried them, but unfortunately they were too big and we were not able to wear them. Contacted customer service and they were great and sent a new pair at no cost to me. Waiting for the shoes to get here so I can start wearing them.

Every agent was cordial and passed me to a right person who could continued and finalized my order. The first order of 3 pairs of shoes was wrong and when I requested the right number, immediately I had all the details and step by step guidance of how to do it right.

I stand for at least 10 hours a day
I stand for at least 10 hours a day. There is no comfort, my feet hurt worse in these shoes. Even with insoles they still hurt. The non slip is a lie, I nearly fell every day wearing the crappy shoes. They are cheap and very uncomfortable.

Not the shoe for Me
Well the shoes didn't work for me. Not enough support in toe box or heel area, even after I inserted more arch support insoles. Wore them only twice and the one of the shoe string eyelet broke off and the fabric on outside edge of shoe began to fray. Customer service was responsive and efficient in handling my request for a full refund, less a handling fee.

When I received them they weren’t at all what was advertised. They were uncomfortable and had virtually no support. When I tried to return them I was told I had to pay shipping back to China. It was more cost efficient to just throw them away.
I would not recommend.
