Do not buy these shoes I bought them, they came from china didn't have the othora brand name on them or the real shoe size, they were uncomfortable as hell, I tried to contact the company to get a refund and it went to a no name company that didn't even speak English. I wasted 79.00.

These shoes are so cheap and…
These shoes are so cheap and uncomfortable. They will NOT stand up to a 12 hour shift. they have no support at all. After contacting customer service regarding a refund they tried twice to have me purchase more shoes instead of returning the ones I received. See below for one of the emails from them:

I want to be honest with you about where we are. I put every dollar we had into our new shoe, because I truly believe in our vision of helping people who are on their feet all day feel comfortable again. That means there's no money left in the bank right now, and I'm doing everything I can to keep Orthora going.
Still, I don't want you left with shoes that aren't working for you, so I've found one more way to help. I can send you a brand-new pair for just $14.95. That's about a quarter of what a pair normally costs, and it barely covers what it costs us to get it to you. It's honestly the most I'm able to do, but it matters to me that you end up happy with your Orthora shoes.
Your new pair would ship quickly, I will process it right away and you're welcome to keep your original pair to give to a friend or family member.

If i could make a zero stars i would. First they send shoes way to big then offer me replacements. Then i get an email stating they are not going to replace them and I am pretty much out the $85.00 I paid. Horrible customer service. I will not recommend these shoes to anyone. Bad BAD BAD.. Ordered online. Can’t return without expensive shipping fees to China. Poor quality and do not fit. First offered partial refund instead of return then reneged on that. Scam for low quality product you can’t return. DO NOT BUY.
Have been in contact with your customer support. No resolution. Supposed founder Susan said they could not offer a refund after 25% then 50% refund offered. SCAM.Buyer beware. Waste of time and money for crappy shoes that don’t fit. And NO I don’t want your updated product for a sale price.

STEER CLEAR OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Beware of ordering from this very unreputable company. The order took 4 weeks to fulfill and was VERY WIDE. I requested a return as per their 45-day money back guarantee. I was told I could return the shoes but would basically receive no money back once shipping and tariffs were deducted from my original purchase. I again requested my money back but was told I could receive a replacement pair, keep my original pair, and incur no additional costs. Feeling I was getting no satisfaction, I settled for FREE REPLACEMENT WITH A NEW DIFFERENT PAIR OF SNEAKERS. I then received a notice that they were closing out stock in their warehouse, and that everything was being discounted 70% (to 59.95 which is the price i originally paid in September so again, false marketing) and they would need to charge me $14.95 for shipping the replacement pair, instead of the $9.99 originally quoted to ship them in our original correspondence. Upon opening the website again, all the shoes are still shown there with the $59.95 price tag and are available to order. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW YOU SHOULD STEAR CLEAR OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY. THEY ARE NOT QUALITY ITEMS, DO NOT FIT PROPERLY, AND YOU WILL NEVER GET SATISFACTION REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE.

It was easy to see the product. Good selection of colors. It does show or at least looks like this is gonna work for my daughters wide foot. But no specifications for sure. The return time is good if needed is nice to know we can return them if they dont fit.

Do not buy these shoes. This is a SCAM! The sneakers are poorly made, no support at all. They originally told me they would replace them for free and I would not have to return them, then told me something went wrong with their factory and they can no longer send replacements. And they offered another shoe for me to buy at 1/2 price. They are giving me a hard time about returning my shoes and will not send what I need to return them. I have asked for a return label and they told me I was responsible for the shipping fee and that it was very expensive and have not sent me anything to return the sneakers., DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered these shoes because I am on my feet all day, and my feet ache so bad at the end of the day. I received my original pair after 11 days but they were too small. So I emailed their "customer service " and then it all went wrong. I received an email with the csr just repeating what I said in my original message. They made me send them my shoe size in inches, and when I did, it took over a week for a response. Its been 6 weeks and they have only sent 1 communication a week. When I asked for a refund, they said they could give me a 25% good faith refund. I said no, I wanted a full refund and then I got an email saying their company isnt doing well enough to issue refunds and they would offer me a voucher for 70% off their new line thats in production. This company is a sham. Do not waste your money or your time. I'm so disappointed because the company website makes it seem like they really cared about their customers.
