DON'T BUY ORTHOWALKWAY.COM SHOES! I saw a google based ad on the New York Times for shoes. I went to their website and it appeared to be legit, so I ordered the shoes. I then find out that the shoes are shipping from China and it took two weeks. I'm amazed I even received them. They are too big (even though I ordered the US size 10.5), cheaply made, and unreturnable due to the website's lack of good contact info or address.

This company is a scam. The quality is horrible. If you try to return they keep delaying the process and then say you will have to cover postage to China. Never give you an address then offer a 10% refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I didn't realize they were coming from china and it took over three weeks. I ordered my usual size men 12US and they are tight had I known I would have ordered 12 1/2 or 13. They look nice but will probably have to donate them, they are tight, not sure if I would order again. My Hey Dudes are much better.
2/8/25 I purchased a pair of Dr. Scholls inserts for $15.00 and are they are much better now. I took the insoles apart and the inserts that came with the shoes were a joke, they were so thin you could read the Sunday newspaper through them. I would give them a

COMPANY IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY!! I would give a negative rate if I could. As others have said, they are not an Australian company but a scam from China. The shoes are poor quality, and they sent me the wrong size on purpose. The scam is when you ask to return for full refund because you are not satisfied, you have to ask at least 3 times for the address to return them to, and it's in China! It costs more to return the shoes than they are worth. Complete Scam. May their souls suffer for eternity for the misery they cause.

Flimsy shoes - Horrible customer service.
I saw an ad for "orthotic" shoes. After a month of waiting they arrived 3 sizes too big. The shoes have no arch support, flimsier than soft slippers.
I contacted customer service. There response was to donate them. Through PayPal I raised a complaint. They offered a 10% refund. I refused that offer. After 3 weeks of negotiations I received a 25% refund through PayPal.

As I have seen with other reviews, they told me to give the shoes to someone and buy another pair, even though they have stated return policy on their website. They had a statement about being a United States company, so I ordered the shoes. They came with a UPS label but Chinese sizing and label.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I believe were advertised to be made in the USA. When I got them, the sizing was in Chinese, which is where they were actually made, and the shoes didn't fit. I emailed the company to get them returned, but so far they have been very uncooperative. They offered me a 10 percent refund and said I should give them to a family member who would love them. I don't think I will ever buy from them again!

Ordered shoes December. Had not received them so tied to conyact company....impossible. Finally got an email from China showing they were shipped. Finally got them but they are the worst shoes I have ever ordered. Have to pay to have them returned but who is to say I would even get the any money returned...Don't ever order from this company!!!!

I have contacted customer service several times and they won't give me the return address for the shoes that don't fit. They offered to give me 10% off! Why would I want that? We can't use the stupid shoes. What kind of company won't allow you to return an item. I have the receipt, have taken pictures of the brand new shoes and have done everything possible to get help but no luck!!! Does anyone have the return address? I am tired of this whole experience and will tell as many people as possible not to buy from this company! I can't even call them! Aargh!

Don’t order from these people. I received shoes that are uncomfortable, nothing like described. I’ve sent three emails trying to get instructions on how to return and get refund with no response. Their policy states you have 30 days from purchase date to return for refund. Today is Jan 11 and I ordered on Dec 16 so they won’t even provide return information before the 30 days. This is bad business.

Ordered and PAID 12/22, still don't have them, tracking says in route. Be aware they come from China, no stock in America. they are on a boat somewhere. I wish I had searched these reviews first. IF I ever get them they will probably be wrong size or have no quality at all as other people have stated here.

These are the worst sneakers I have ever seen and I’ve bought shoes off the street in remote countries. They look like they were made by someone who had never seen shoes, which I now realize might be true (No hate on them). They aren’t even in the shape of shoes.

These shoes are cheap flimsy garbage. Forget about thinking you will be able to return them. Do not waste your money!

I ordered these shoes December 17, didn't get until December 27th. I ordered a 9-9 1/2 my husbands size. They sent me a size 44 which is 10-10 1/2. I sent the photos the man requested to prove the shoes were wrong size. The arrogant man tried to say I had ordered the size 10-10 1/2. I emailed him my order showing I ordered 9-9 1/2 along with photo to show shoe size says 44 and told him it was their fault and I wanted a full refund. He then says they will give 10% refund and to give them to someone in my family to wear them. Our shoe sizes in my family are size 2 in kids, 6 women's and 9-9 1/2. No one in my family can use these. When I said NO asked for the return address and a full refund, he then says we can give a 20% refund for inconvenience. In which I said NO give me return address and full refund. He then sends another email saying they check there orders before sending them and what they sent is what I ordered and sent me the sizing chart which showed my proof that they sent wrong show size. So I'm going to my bank with the shoes, emails and their shoe chart and doing a charge back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!!!
THIS MESS STARTED DECEMBER 17TH AND AS OF TODAY JANUARY 9TH IT'S STILL GOING ON!!

It's a SCAM. What I got is Not what I ordered. Back and forth emails, did not do anything. Told me to give them to someone and they will give me a refund of 10%. Not holding my breath waiting for that. Their name is not the one you think it is. Stay away..............

Was charged for a pair of shoes that I ordered on December 26 and as of now have not received.

Shipping took so long for a Christmas present I thought it was a fake company. The packaging was just a plastic mailing bag with no box. My husband actually liked the shoes and found them comfortable. I am sorry I gave a bad review earlier.

Scam; ordered first of Dec 2024, expecting them at least by Christmas - shipper hadn't received shoes in over a week, requested cancellation and cancel shipment, request ignored, offered partial refund and they refused to take the shoes back. Turned it over to my CC company, disputing the payment; I always win.UPDATE: I won. CC card tied to my PayPal refused payment after they refused to accept return, ever after I attempted canceling order, BEFORE the shoes ever reached their shipper in Hunan.

I wish I could give them no star. Ridiculous product as well as customer services. I have been sending emails that I want to return it and they have been giving me ridiculous excuses and free nonsense advice that I should keep them or give it to a family member. I simply want to return those. They are misusing Australia name. This is a Chinese company.
