Terrible experience, the boots came as a size 4.5 but when measured next to other boots which are size 4 they were a lot smaller. Really hard to contact orthowalk for a return address they would not provide one. I was offered 30% credit to shop with them again which will never happen. Still waiting for a response from them. I have contacted my bank to alert them this is probably a scam. Wish I read the reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Trainers I've just received after waiting for 4 weeks before being delivered are absolute rubbish. Supposed to be air walk and leather, plastic and thinnest soles I think I've ever had on trainers. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Worse service ever this site is a scam shoes sent were wrong size, offered 20% refund, sent address to return eventually, Chinese address, but address did not exist it’s an online scam from the start, with deplorable practices please do not buy, not worth the hassle they simply steal your money

Ordered shoes UK 7.5 wide. Received size 39, although they look like a UK 4. Now had 4 emails from them each time telling me they sent the correct size and each time offering me an increasing discount to keep the shoes and give them to a friend. This is despite the fact that each time I send them a copy of my order and a photo of the size on the plastic bag they are packed in. As with other reviewers, they expect me to pay for return postage to China and only when they receive the shoes and check their condition will they consider a refund. I have now put in a claim to Barclaycard.

I ordered Hoka Triple Black Gortex shoes in Men's US12 and received Hoka Skyline Float X in a size 10. I have reached out to their customer support email address and have not received a reply. It looks like I may be stuck with the size 10s in a shoe I did not want.

Company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I found two email addresses; '*upport@orthowalksho*' and -*ontact@orthowalkcom'. I needed to modify the addresses to be able include in this review.
Both were returned by mail delivery as invalid. I have sent at least half-a-dozen emails and tried the phone to no avail.
The one response was to be patient as the order was "being prepared."
I was trying to cancel the order and reorder to purchase a larger size, as the reviews suggested.

This company is a rip off;This company is a rip-off. They refuse to exchange or refund items and have ignored my numerous requests for an exchange. They also charged me $19 for a restocking fee, which I find odd because they advised me to donate the shoes that were too small, pay the $19 fee, and select a better size. I completed that process, but I have not received any response since January 2026. they will not exchange or refund, they will not respond to my many, many requests for an exchange, after they make you pay $19 for a restocking charge or something. Which is weird because they told me to donate the shoes that were too small, pay the $19, and pick out a better size. Did that without a response since January 2026

Don't buy it, it's uncomfortable, it hurts your feet, the insoles are about 2mm thick and flat so you feel every stone you step on and they sell on TEMU them for 20€, that's another sign of poor quality.

These shoes are not orthopedic as advertised—this is by far the worst footwear I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I placed the order without checking reviews beforehand.
Shipping took over a month, and when the shoes finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. There is little to no cushioning, and they are far from the description provided. The shoes do not feel safe to wear.
I requested a refund, but the company instead offered that I keep the shoes at half price. Honestly, the quality is so poor that I would not keep them even if they were free. I requested a full refund but was told I would have to cover the return shipping costs.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I will be much more cautious with online purchases in the future and strongly recommend others research both the product and the company before buying. I sincerely hope I receive my refund. I hope PayPal can assist me in obtaining full refund.

Scam. This company now operates using the website OrthoHealthWalk dot com. The website and images are all AI-enhanced. The sandals I received are worth about $5, total garbage, no branding, no structure and were delivered flattened in a plastic bag. Their "no hassle" 30-day returns full refund guaranteed promise, doesn't tell you that you need to ship them back to China at your own expense. They also sent me long AI-generated emails peddling discounts instead of letting me continue with a return. FIVE emails later I finally got approved for a return and they gave me the address.. in China .. and said it was so expensive to send back that they were willing to give me a 20% refund. These shoes are crap, overpriced, misrepresented and if you look at Terms of Service (which I didn't cause who does that) on their website, they basically tell you they don't guarantee quality or stand behind the product at all. All that information should have been in Shipping & Returns. The part that really annoys me is I saw this as an ad targeting "elderly with balance issues." They looked so nice I bought them anyway for work. If anything, these things will kill your balance and break your ankles due to lack of support. These are terrible people.

UPDATE: Also found this online when I searched the name of the sender (this package came from Rancho Cucamonga CA, yet they want it returned to China):

Recipients often receive random, cheap items (earbuds, cables, small items) they did not order, aimed at creating fake positive reviews to boost online seller ratings. The BBB has assigned an F rating to this entity.

SCAM, SCAM If I could give 0 stars - I would! I have never been so unsatisfied! Cheap shoes, bad quality and very uncomfortable. I have emailed customer service straight after I have opened the package to return the order. I was given two options 100 % refund but I had to send them back on my cost. Or 50% refund but keep the order. I have selected second option as I was not happy to pay for the package back to China. Two months later I still have not received my refund! Every time I send them an email they start my complain from scratch! SCAM SCAM SCAM

My trainers were prderd 9th January no trainers arrived but 2 payments were taken out of my bank I will phone fraud on my bank .

Over all: Foreign Scammers who do not honor their guarantee, TOO SMALL - size not to scale. low-quality, made of cheap plastic (not as advertised), uncomfortable, and don't match pictures, citing scam-like practices. I asked for an exchange. Here is the companies canned-text reply: "

When I didn't receive the shoes I ordered I contacted my credit card co. to get the charge reversed. It is impossible to get in touch with this company. The shoes arrived a week after this. I attempted to contact the company again to ask where to return the shoes. Again, impossible to get a response. Information regarding returns is almost non-existent.

I wear size 7, ordered size 8 - can't get my feet in them. NO arch support in spite of advertisement. sides are flimsy material which don't support the ankles. They offered a 10% refund in lieu of return and full credit.

Order 2 pairs of trainers sent total wrong size have tried to return them or get replacement offered me a reduction total unless and quality is very poor

Shoes are made of CHEAP material -- they are too wide even tho I ordered regular, and they are too short even tho I ordered my regular size. After reading all these reviews (should have read them sooner), I'm not even going to try to return them. $60 DOWN THE DRAIN.

I ordered from their website after reading their shoes fit wide feet. The shoes I received do not fit a narrow foot. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered a 50% discount on my next order or a 20% refund. Why would I order from them again when they dont fit. This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not order from this fraudulent company. They do not respond to customer service emails. They are nothing but a scam!!!
