These are the most uncomfortable and worse constructed tennis shoes I have ever purchased, what a mistake! False advertising, paper thing material, did not even bother to cover the injection mold holes in the bottoms. Good luck on getting your money back!
These rate with those stupid 'Watts Energy Savers" together they do NOTHING!
How these companies stay in business is way beyond reason!

Worst company ever. Shoes are made in China. They offer a money back customer satisfaction guarantee but they would not reply to repeated requests. No phone number provided and they did not reply to emails sent to their customer service email address even though their website states they will reply within 24 hours. The shoes are not wearable and have holes in the bottom from the injection molding process. If you walked in a small puddle, your feet would get soaked. Stay away from this company.

These seemed like a good deal. After placing the order, I thought I was scammed by the name which is similar to another orthopedic shoe company. I had my credit card company try to cancel and had a new card made. I was surprised to receive the shoes. Total charge was $76. I never would have paid that much for the shoes.
They are a sloppy-fitting shoe. I had to put added insoles put in. The heels slip off as I walk. Regrets. No paperwork available to return shoes.

The sandal are not orthopedic or even safe to wear. They are cheap plastic with no support and likely to result in falls or trips. There is no phone number to contact and emails are not answered. The brand name is deceptive as it closely mimics other ortopedic brands--probably with intent to defraud. I am our over $80 and they are not even decent enough to donate.

Cheap vinyl, no support as said they would be.

I want a refund

Ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals. Shipment from China took weeks. Product is cheap junk, not at all as advertised. Contacted customer service via email, and "Oliver" offered a 15% refund because return shipping to China would have been very expensive and at our cost. Ultimately they upped the offer to a 30% refund if we chose not to return the shoes.

I have opened a dispute with the credit card company but I suspect we're out the money we paid.

I suggest people STAY AWAY from this site. You'll end up stuck with cheap junk otherwise. No US shipping or return address - it's all operated out of China.

Took 3 weeks for shoes to arrive from China. Shoes are terrible and have poor cushion.

Really crappy shoes in my opinion. No cushioning and the tops are just very thin fabric. Wore a pair around my house for a couple of hours and then just tossed them into the trash.

This is for Theorthowalk. The shoes are not as advertised. They are a mile too big, more like a 10 than a 9. They do not have the insole support as is shown in the pictures; they are made of cheap vinyl, very thin, and the soles are also skinny. They are sloppy, skimpy, and unwearable. It also took them forever to arrive. I am extremely disappointed, and now I am reading that they do not pay up when the shoes are returned. I feel that I have been scammed.

Received my sandals yesterday and I responded to them concerning the very poor quality and a disgusting smell! All they are willing to do is credit me 10%.
Used the excuse concerning the poor quality that it might be a shipping problem. What a scam! So very disappointing!! Definitely should be reported to consumer affairs.

I ordered a pair of 9.5 EE shoes from them for $51.54 " "guaranteed satisfaction or your money back". The shoe are a different Chinese size and don't come close fitting! These guys are crooks! After a week of back and forth emails the best I could get was a refund if I mail the shoes back to China at my cost which is more than the cost of the shoes. Do not deal with them!

They haven't arrived yet after a month I'm out $50 don't understand why.

I ordered six pairs of slip on shoes. 0ne each in white checks, beige checks, black checks, light purple. purple and dark purple. I received one each in white, beige and black as well as the three different purples. No checked shoes. The ad also said that they were $39.95 this was an ad on an AARP site and the special price would be $29.95. There was no place on the site to figure out shipping, so when the total came to $259.57, I was shocked, but it was a done deed. When we contacted the company by email about the checked shoes I did not receive, they asked if I was sure that I did not the wrong shoes. Also the shoes were very cheaply made and definitely not worth $39.95 each. I could probably go to 5 Below and get the same shoes for $5.

This place is a scam. Paid $40.00 for a pair of sandles that was not accurately represented. Cheap Chinese garbage. When I contacted them they initially offered me a 20% refund. When I refused they came back with 25%. Since the cost to ship it back would have been more than that I ended up taking it. They represent themselves as a quality, repuatable company, but don't be fooled, it's garbage.

I thought Othowalk was Othofeet. I was misdirected on the web site. The bank called me to confirm a deduction from China which I unfortunately said I had authorized. I should have stopped it then. The sandals that I ordered were $49.97. The product I received was not worth $5.00. They were cheap vinyl, poorly made and smelled highly of chemicals.

I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals. An hour later I decided to cancel the order after reading the reviews. I did receive a response asking me to reconsider, but I was clear that I wanted to cancel. They shipped them anyway. I would have considered keeping the sandals but they were NOT orthopedic in the least. There was no support and they looked cheap. I went to UPS to return them (the company advertised easy returns) but was told they had to go to Hong Kong and the shipping was going to cost more than the shoes. I reached out to the company and they offered to pay 20% of the cost of the shoes ($8.00) but that didn't even come close to covering the shipping cost. My advice, read the reviews first, and don't order from this company.

Beware of ordering from this company because you will get cheated out of your money. I ordered sandals that supposedly were 70% off. The price was 39.99 which I thought was fair for an orthopedic sandal. With shipping added, my total came to 49.49. When I received the sandals they were not sized correctly and were very poor quality. They were comparable to what I might but at a Dollar General store for 5.00. Since the company had advertised a no questions asked money back guarantee if I was not satisfied, I contacted them to get a refund. After many emails, with them first offering 20% back, then 30% and then with much resistance, the full price. The catch was that I would have to return them to China! Now that is interesting because the package that the sandals came in had a United States label on it. But, the company insisted that if I returned it to that address, that I would not get my money back. They are frauding their customers because every one knows that it is probably going to cost as much to ship them back as the refund they would be getting (that is if they ever get the money refunded even after spending more money than the original purchase). So people are just stuck with losing money on shoes that they cannot use. This is Not an American company as they lead people to think in their advertising. I do not have anything against Chinese companies as I have ordered many times from Temu and have never had a bad experience with them.

Do not order from this company.You will regret it. They offer you to keep the shoes even if they don't fit and offer you 20% off for shoes you can't wear. They just don't want to give you a refund. Then they tell you if you want to return it will be expensive to return because they go to China. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This is one name for a multitude of shoe stores found in Yahoo ads. I ordered sandals and they came and were decent, but the sizing was incorrect, comparing the shoe with others shoes I have of the same size. I requested a return label and was first offered a 10% discount to keep the shoes, then a 20% discount and finally was told I had to return them to China at my expense. These shoes have no size printed on the shoe, just a sticker with the European size. The sizing was their mistake and they expect me to keep shoes that are obviously not the size I need as if a 10 or 20% discount will somehow make them fit! Return shipping cost to China does not make a return a feasible option.
