How can you give these shoes anything but a -5 they’re absolutely shitty products and they’re shitty to deal with and offering 15% refund on a product that is absolutely trash. I should’ve read more about their product and the company it’s a scam and it’s terrible and they steal your money.

Poor quality shoes, very cheap material. I should have a read reviews before I buy. My $50 went to trash.

It would be negative stars if that was possible. They sent wrong size and it arrived weeks later than promised. I tried to cancel the order but received no response. Once I reported it to PayPal, the responses were: we're investigating the lost package, you ordered the wrong size, give them as a gift, etc. They said I had to ship them to China at my expense; however, the package arrived from Los Angeles. I've disputed the charge with the credit card and lodged a complaint with PayPal. Total scam and fraud.

These shoes are absolute trash! They Took 3 weeks to arrive and are poorly made. Nothing close to a orthopedic shoe they are sized to small and have no arch support! This is a scam and customer service keeps telling you that it's not there fault and will not stand by the 30 day return policy.

Took a month for product to arrive. The tracking provided in the email acknowledgement only provides dates -- no locations as usually provided in USPS tracking. Shoes are not orthopedic at all and don't believe the size ordered was the size sent but there's no way to doublecheck that since everything is "literally" in Chinese. Just tried to initiate the "return" and was told I had to send "PICTURES" of the bag item was shipped in, the product and proof of size (which again was in Chinese so I'm not even sure what the label says. Apparently the the Order Number provided in the email confirmation isn't sufficient. After reading all these other grievances, I will just opt to use them around the house as I wouldn't trust wearing them out walking for any length of time for fear that they'd fall apart.

Shoes are very poor quality, inaccurately sized, smell bad, and customer support is very reluctant to refund.
So far several emails later they have yet to provide instructions for a return. Making me jump through hoops such as sending photos of the shoes and shipping package when I had all the invoice info.
I think most would have thrown away the shipping bag [I had done so but was able to retrieve.]
On the website it states "free shipping" but that cost $8.
Unfortunately I did not buy through Amazon, and don't know if I'll be able to pry a refund from them.
There is no spot on their website for reviews.
I wish I had investigated before purchase!
I'm used to Amazon being ethical, and I forgot other companies are not necessarily so.
This company is mostly a scam.

I should have known better than to fall for the ad. I would give them zero stars if this review allowed it. Delivery took right at a month. The “shoes” I received were unbelievably poor quality. Hopelessly cheap.

On top of that, they admitted in writing that the product I received was “not necessarily” the product that had been advertised. So, they admitted to a bait and switch operation.

When I requested a refund, I was offered 15% of the purchase price.

Lesson learned.

Do not make the mistake I made.

I regret not reading all the reviews before purchasing this poor-excuse for a shoe!! Received them today and was so very disappointed!

Purchased women's leather sandals and they were flimsy, the colors were not as pictured in their ads. When we requested a return authorization, they told us we had to ship them back to China. We settled at a refund of 30% of what we paid. This is a rip-off.
Never buy from this company again. They are lying about their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

This is THE WORST excuse for a shoe I've ever seen. And the return policy is WORSE than the shoe. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE SHOE, save yourself the frustration and anger. They're plastic, thin, poorly constructed and ill fitting. They'll stall in anyway possible for you not to return them....and the shipping cost back was $238!!! So I've thrown away my purchase...I be embarrassed to give these to anyone even.

Not the way advertised. Insole not cushiony or comfortable. Will have to buy an inner sole to put in the shoe. Clearly not worth the price. do not buy. If I had known coming from china would not have bought. No way to get a refund.

I purchased a pair of Orthowalkway shoes and they did not fit, they are very poor Quality and smell. When I tried to return them they make it so hard with emails and phone calls and pictures. Then they you have to send them back to China your own expense which is costly so they offer you a 20% return and try to wear you down. Stay away from their product if you are smart.

These shoes are totally false advertising don’t spend your money here, they will not refund…these shoes are so cheap and nothing like the picture of the product ordered.

The shoes are poorly constructed with no arch support. Highly recommend that you do not buy them. They are not worth the price.

Poor quality shoe. Inaccurate sizing. Not at all as they are advertised. Total scam. Though Australia is noted under the company name, the product is shipped in a plastic bag from China. Very toxic smell upon opening. Unable to return. Complete waste of money.

Shoes too small to wear. No willing ness to refund in full. I personally believe this is a Chinese business trying to run in the US and it's more that they can handle. I did some searching and fond an address for this Oliver who runs Cust sat. Address shows and office in Downtoen Denver, but he claims I need to send back to china for a refund. These shoes aren't worth the money that they cost. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! this is a money grab scam!!!!!

False advertising. Cheap construction and not worth the $50 I paid for them. Very uncomfortable. Very thin soles & very thin insteps. Took about 2 weeks to ship from China after ordering. Shoes are actually correctly sized unlike other posters comments.

Terrible product. Does come in plastic bag. Exchanged over 8 e-mails trying to return. They did offer 20% discount or as another review said 'give them to a friend'! Credit card did reverse charge as a courtesy. DO NOT deal with this company.

I ordered shoes that were way too small, and the company refused to take them back. Instead, they offered me a 10% discount and suggested I give the shoes to a friend—what a joke! Their customer service is a nightmare. Thankfully, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they refunded me right away. Avoid this company at all costs!

These effing Chinese pieces of s*** start a new website selling the same crap with the same lies. The shoes are not leather, they have no built in arch supports. If you order wide, they send narrow and a smaller size. Mine came with no invoice, a fake address and phone number on the shipping label. They use uniuni to deliver.
