Very bad experience. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

They have no proper customer service. They either accuse you of fraud or try to force you to accept a 50% loss.

This was a very disappointing experience and I will share it publicly.

I have purchased many items from them before and did not return anything. However, this time I bought a clipper that was not good, so I returned it. They claim it was “used”.

How am I supposed to know if the product is good or not without testing it?

It was only tested very briefly.

I have 20 years of experience as a barber and I know machines very well. I only tested it once on a friend and it was not good.

I did not open all the items, and I returned everything, yet they still claim it was used.

This is unacceptable. It is embarrassing that the seller accuses me of fraud or tries to take 50%.

I do not recommend this company. Be careful of unfair practices and lack of respect.

Subject: Disappointing Experience Regarding Shipping, Assembly, and Return Policy
I am writing to share my experience to inform other potential customers. My decision to purchase from this company was based on the fact that they are located in Denmark, which gave me a sense of security. However, the process was misleading in several ways.
First, although the website implies shipping from Denmark, the products were shipped from Poland. Additionally, my invoice specified "UPS Standard" as the delivery method, yet the items were delivered by a different courier.
Upon arrival, the products were completely disassembled. No assembly instructions or manuals were included in any of the boxes. When I contacted customer service, I was told that no manual exists and that assembly is "simple." In reality, it was quite complex with numerous parts. After managing to assemble one chair, my family and I found the design highly uncomfortable due to the curvature of the seat.
The most disappointing part was the return process. The initial shipping and return information on the website did not clearly state the return costs. When I requested a return, I was informed that I had to arrange and pay for the international shipping myself. The shipping quotes I received were nearly as expensive as the products themselves, making a return financially impossible.
I am sharing this so that other buyers are aware that "14-day return policy" may come with prohibitive shipping costs that are not transparently communicated at the time of purchase.
