Mixed experience
The art was as shown on the website though I was expecting the paper to be better quality. The delivery was slow and the whole experience felt a bit impersonal. But very happy with the art.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I’m really pleased you’re happy with the artwork itself, but genuinely sorry to hear that the delivery felt slow and impersonal. I can see that your order was placed when I was abroad. I had set up an automated message notifying customers that I was away with my family and there would be a delay with delivery. If, for whatever reason, you did not receive that message I can only apologise - that was my mistake.
Although I am a one-man studio, the dispatch process is usually much faster, so I’ll take this on board.
The paper is a specialist synthetic paper chosen specifically for this charcoal process, so it does have a smoother, more contemporary feel than traditional art paper. Thank you again for your support - Oskar Vann

Outstanding Original Artwork – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently purchased an original artwork from Oskar Vann and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first message, the communication was friendly, professional, and super responsive, answering all my questions quickly and made the whole process feel personal and reassuring.
The delivery was impressively fast, and the packaging was excellent, clearly designed to protect the artwork perfectly. When I unwrapped it, I was blown away by the quality. It’s a truly unique, high-quality piece that looks even better in person than in the photos and social media videos.
The price was fantastic for an original artwork of this standard, I feel like I got an absolute bargain!
This is now proudly displayed in my home and I’ll definitely be back to buy more pieces in the future. If you’re thinking about purchasing from Oskar Vann, don’t hesitate, you’re in for a great experience and a beautiful piece of art.
