I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Amy. 

She has been fantastic ever since she took over my apprenticeship  half way through and has a real talent for explaining things in a way that I can understand. Rather than focusing purely on the KSBs that can seem daunting, she helps me relate everything back to the practical business context, which makes learning much easier for me.

Amy has also adapted her support to suit the way I learn, which has helped me approach assignments and evidence gathering with much more confidence. As I am now at the EPA stage, things can feel quite overwhelming, but our weekly sessions and the small, manageable goals we set together have helped me stay on track and reduce the pressure.

I genuinely don't think I would feel as prepared or confident without her support. She has made a significant difference to my learning experience, and I wanted to make sure that was recognised.

I am currently studying my NVQ Level 2, and I have had a great learning experience. My Skills Coach, Jayne Lynch, has been very supportive throughout my course. She is kind, friendly, and always willing to help whenever I need guidance.

OTM Apprenticeship program is most helpful and valuable educational program which I ever had in my life. Specially, the lecture Mrs. Cheryl is one of most helpful,friendly talented and skilful lecture in my course. She always use easy teaching techniques and materials for my deep understanding of every subject of this course. The time period also flexible and easily manage with my work loads. Online submission platform also plays an amazing part of my studies because it helps me to submit my assignments on time. I will receive the feedback as soon as I submitted my assignments. Finally, I recommend this course to everyone who works in healthcare sector.

My apprenticeship has been a valuable learning experience that has helped me develop both my knowledge and practical skills within my role.One of the most rewarding aspects has been being able to apply what I have learned directly in the workplace and seeing the positive impact it has on the people I support. I feel the apprenticeship has helped me grow professionally and has prepared me well for further development within the care sector.

Company was very helpful in the acquiring process. And they guided us through the steps. Always checked back and followed up. The training sessions are great.

I am in my 7th month with my apprenticeship. I have developed both professionally and personally and feel very confident in my role, and looking forward to taking up more challenging roles with my gained experience. Cheryl Hunter and Jenny Hatcher — my tutors on this new learning journey — have both been incredible. A very efficient system to work on, with a seem less interface easy to manage & also to mention the Tutorship. Cheryl is one of a kind, she is patient and makes my apprenticeship very much enjoyable and easy to complete.
