Items took a while to come. Poor customer service

Items took a while to come. They do not fit, too long and too wide. I emailed and was told me because there is nothing wrong with them it is going to cost a lot to return and could l not gift them to someone!!!! I have emailed them again waiting for reply. Please be wary buying from this company

Customer service impressed me

The items took about 3-4 weeks to arrive, and once they did I was very disappointed. However, once I was able to corresponde with customer service person Anna, there was a good resolution and received full refund within 36 hours. Thank you.

Lovely fit!

Love, love the pants. They fit really well and did get delivered quite quickly. They really do give me support on my flabby tummy area. They are very true to size too!
The point lost is because of the word lucky on them. I really hate it with a passion. It didn’t show the word in the video of the pants. It also showed colours that aren’t even available to buy!
Loose the word lucky and I will definitely buy more!

Easy ordering. Seller kept me upto date throughout the delivery process. It took awhile to be delivered but I am happy with my purchase.

Not great

Not great, treated my car windows twice and shower door once. Did not have the same affect as on the sales videos.

Do Not buy it

The quality of this product is very poor. The sponge is very small and it fell off from the plastic from the first time that I used it. I tried the other two and happened the same. Also it doesn’t do what it says. I didn’t notice any difference on my car windows.

3 for 2 offer only received 2. Emailed them and response good they promised to send another package . Week later nothing heard further comms and they keep sending me original tracking number. They were informed and they sent the same info again. This is a robot company with it would appear no humans involved as I have had at least 6 emails on the same item with exactly the same response.
Won't be using again lesson learnt .

Excellent product

This was received in a couple of weeks. The product works as described on the website. I have used it once up to yet, I want to see how long it is before I can say that it has to be used again. The price is reasonable and if it works for eight weeks before I have to reapply then I will be buying more for the future

Delivery was 3 times longer than expected (probably because it came from China, which wasn't clear) and when it came it was completely wrong.
Sent 2 emails with no response
Would have given no stars but wasn't an option
