Hair dresser doll and accessories

I ordered a doll and accessories for my granddaughter they all came swiftly and were well wrapped. She loved them thank you. I’m not sure how long the plastic items will last but she was happy to receive them.

I bought the large horse and doll with riding hat and outfit but the dolls knees do not bend so it can’t stay on the horse bit strange they sell a horse and rider that doesn’t sit in saddle very expensive too won’t buy again 👎

I ordered 2 dolls they was delivered on…

I ordered 2 dolls they was delivered on time, but the hair is so uneven that’s because when it is stitched on the head it’s upside down when it’s cut, but if you try to even it out oh it’s short.
If you cut hair once the doll is upright it would be a lot more even ( hope that make senses to the company).
I still like the dolls though I share them with my granddaughter, I know own 5 of the dolls.

Lovely doll

Prompt delivery and granddaughter loved Sienna as she looks just like her with brown eyes and long brown hair. Has spent hours dressing and undressing her. Only possible negative is that the length of the hair is very uneven and needs trimming!

Great company and products!

I’ve had a very good experience with Our Generation. The order communications are timely and quick responses to questions asked

The orders arrive very quickly. I have bought quite a lot of products as I have three granddaughters and they all love the dolls and accessories.

I would agree with a previous reviewer, there is a lot of packaging which does offer great protection for the products but the strong plastic enclosing the small accessories is rigid and I too did require scissors for that. There is no way the tiny bits would escape from that!

Great all round though. Thank you.

Picnic table is lots of fun

Picnic table arrived quickly, well packed and two little girls are thrilled with it. Their Our Generation dolls fit onto the seats with lots of accessories for bbq's etc.
Only niggle is the packaging that was horrendous to try and get off all the small parts as it is hard plastic that needs cutting and very sharp

Wonderful experience as always

Fantastic customer service from April who was polite and personable, she quickly answered my questions and helped me when I couldnt locate my parcel. My daughter is so so happy with her new Our generation goodies and I couldnt be more pleased with the service received!

I have had the opposite response to…

I have had the opposite response to many from customer services! I ordered 2 of the same doll for my twin nieces, only 1 was delivered! I sent an email to customer services and a replacement was sent within the week.

They responded within 24hrs of my email being sent. Lovely dolls, looking forward to my nieces receiving them.

I am wishing I read these reviews earlier and that I paid by credit card! Same as all the customers below, no response in to emails or online contact form. Paid nearly £80 and thinking I’ll lose it all, as no sign of my package (for my granddaughter’s birthday this weekend!) What has happened to my order #ourgenerationuk? ****EDIT Am pleased to say that my delivery arrived, at last. Was relieved, but have fedback to #ourgeneration that the delivery time needs to be clear (and followed, ie You expect your delivery to be there in 3/7 days) and not be worrying when it hasn’t arrived. They also need to improve communicatio - once I used social media (Instagram) it seemed like I got through quicker. Have improved my rating after their response.

Not yet received

I ordered a doll a week ago and the only communication I have had is a confirmed order email. Payment was taken immediately. No one is replying to my emails and it’s still stuck in ready to ship. Why can’t anyone come back to me?

This one star is not for the doll which…

This one star is not for the doll which did eventually arrive but far to late for my granddaughters birthday.
Customer service is non existent, there are no contact numbers so you can't speak to anyone. My order didn't arrive on the date given, I emailed Our Generation Customer Care straight away but got no response and did not hear anything to many further emails. I assumed this site was a scam and asked my bank to investigate. I finally got a response from a different site saying they had courier problems, and if that was the case why couldn't somebody have replied making me aware of that which would have saved a lot of upset especially for my granddaughters expectations on her birthday.
I would not use this site again, get your doll elsewhere.

Very very disappointing

I ordered this doll as a birthday present 3 weeks before the party. Never arrived. The delivery company is saying that the address is incomplete not existing, however the email confirmation from this website has it right! I wrote an email using the provided address but had no response. Had to buy another doll from the local shop ending up paying a lot more :( I do not think I am going to use this website again. I hope I will get my refund soon
