Our Generation UK Avis 73

Placed an order and it arrived damaged, there is no telephone number to contact customer services so I have emailed and send messages on Facebook but no response, terrible service. I will never order from here again as there is NO WAY of speak to anyone to solve the issue. I would avoid this company and just go somewhere like Smyths in the future.
Think I’ll just send back the whole order and buy elsewhere.

We ordered a good few bits directly from Our Generation and had 2 large boxes (as shown on couriers photo) left outside our door while we were out for the day - with the front of our house adjacent to a public road.
Well needless to say these boxes were not there when we returned home.
Have since emailed Our Generation about this 5 days ago and still not heard back from them! They have no contact number to call (thought we found one but just goes to voicemail and no response there either).
We appreciate that his is more a flaw in the courier’s service and bad judgment, but it is with Our Generation we need to discuss this situation with, and there is no one to do that with - Terrible/non-existent customer service!

Should have been a 5 but they use branded boxes.
We ordered direct from Our Generation for the first time - two items for our daughter's birthday in April with no issues (website was easy to use etc, etc). The order was unexpectedly delivered (no notification of shipping) and has come in branded boxes. Our daughter has now seen them and is desperate to know what it is in them. We will now have 6 weeks of nagging if we want to keep them for her birthday or we will have to give them to her early. There was nowhere on the website that said this otherwise I would have had it delivered elsewhere. I really think for children's gifts they should be in plain boxes. So, great service until they landed on our door step.

I was dealt with Natalie at Our Generation who was so helpful and so knowledgable. It was lovely to speak to someone with enthusiasm about the product and from what I can tell a real passion for the job.
I can say by far that Natalie delivered the best customer service I have received from any company in a very long time, she is a credit to the company. I would like to thank Natalie again for all her help.

My daughter has a fair few our generation dolls and loves them and never had a problem and she brought one with her birthday money and it looked as if there was hair missing so I contacted our generation about the issue and they were straight on it and very fast acting they sent a new doll out for my daughter and were really helpful. The communication was brilliant to. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help.

Had struggled to place an order as items kept disappearing from my shopping basket. When I tried to put them back in, one of the items was out of stock. I contacted Our Generation customer service, where a lady called Natalie helped me immensely. Natalie went above and beyond to help me and managed to find the out of stock item for me, even guiding me through with a phone call whilst online trying to add the item to my basket. The customer service from these guys is outstanding. Natalie has been an absolute star in her correspondence both via email and on the phone and in the way she arranged to find the out of stock product. She truly is a fabulous asset to the customer service team (hope your boss see this Natalie!! 🤗)
