I would give it less than one star. I got blocked accidentally after being on for less than one week then got banned permanently with absolutely zero explanation. I am a woman in my 60’s and have not posted anything inappropriate.
In addition, scammers and kept getting profiles out of my area. A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME.

My account was banned during my set up process. I have used OT before with very little results, but thought I would give it one more try. While uploading pictures I was kicked out, attempted to log back in and was informed I was blocked. Inquired as to why and only received the standard "you are in violation of the terms of service." being a retired law enforcement I reviewed the TOS and community guidelines with no clear identifying violations. When asked to clarify as to what section I violated, they refused to cite the specific guideline. This is akin to getting a ticket without explanation as to what law you violated. A search of lawsuits filed against OT and its affiliates, there are scores of connected platforms BTW, revealed ongoing litigation especially on violating your privacy rights by sharing all of your data to hundreds of other sites in violation of their privacy right statements. This site is a waste of time and money.

I found that when I liked a guy, and sent the like heart moji, along with an greeting, there was no reply. I thought how can I send out 50 plus likes and no one responds. I then decided to go to my likes and click on each one, I found that almost 90 percent of the profiles came up with a notice saying "This profile is un available." Match and Our Time deceive the user into thinking they are active, even when they say they have been recently online, it is not true, it is only a lure to keep you looking with no response since they are not there anymore, also the profiles will not be verified which is a red flag. since they are also not real. I had scammers also from Africa pretending to me someone in Canada. This was a total waste of time and money.

My account was banned for no reason. There were no violations of any kind. Customer service is unresponsive.

DONT SIGN UP WITH OURTIME DATEING. I signed up with a paid 3 month subscription and they received the money and within a week the account went down. There we not any violations of terms and conditions but the automated system was the only email response I received, and it had nothing to do with the issue. There is not any customer service to assist. Its my opinion, that its intentionally designed this way. Other have had this issue and has had a lost of money. I will be researching a Class Action lawsuit. This must be stopped.

Ourtime customer service is non existant. Do not dare have an issue or you will be locked out of your account. My account was high jacked and after two months emailing them I had no resort but to go cresit card company and reverse their paymnet. Now i am banned for life for their fault as they were not able to keep their site hacker free. Next they AI generated matches or highlights but you have to pay extra for those. Everything is extra, basic plan gets you blured matches. THis has been the absolute most horrible experience with no customer service. Then their auto billing must be checked to proceed. Bottom line all they want is your credit card.

I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to keep far away from OurTime for the sake of your heart and wallet. I know that all the serious platforms like J2Match.com
verify users accounts. They have certai anti-scam protocols that they follow. OurTime accepts everybody - all scammers are welcome. None of them gets banned. Don't bother trying to notify the administration. Nobody cares. The more fake users - the better, as long as they get to know your cc details. The whole system is based on automatic long-term subscriptions with no way to cancel them. So they don't care if you like their service or not. They will take your money anyway.

Total waste of time. Mostly scammers and fakes. As others have pointed out, terrible customer service. I did manage to meet one real person who turned out to be recently convicted of embezzlement. To add insult to injury, I posted a new picture of myself (G rated - hiking in the smokies) and was banned. ??? Emails to support bounced. Finally found a form to fill out and got an automated response.

Our Time blocked me one week after paying for the premium 12 month subscription. Over ten inquiries as to why I was blocked went unanswered. I sent emails, filled out dispute forms on their website and attempted to cal them. Their phone message said to go to their website and then disconnected the call. Absolutely no way to speak with a human. The WORST customer service ever! I was kind and courteous to the few people that I did communicate with. They never did give me an answer as to why they blocked me after paying a considerable amount for the subscription. THINK TWICE BEFORE SUBSCRIBING.

The OurTime website has many fake profiles and profiles looking to scam your money and take your personal information. A total waste of time and money. Beware and be careful. People media (Our Time) sells your personal information to resellers.

Just a horrible experience. Do yourself a giant favor and go ANYWHERE else. The Matchgroup customer service is the worst you will ever encounter with any online merchant. Stay far away.

Avoid this site! They are impossible to deal with. I signed up, created a profile, paid the fee, and then I wanted to change something on my profile. Quite literally, I sent no fewer than 10 requests to their customer care department, and no one would help me. They kept asking me for the most ridiculous ways to identify myself as myself. (I provided them with at least four ways I could only be myself, but they kept asking for new verification.) I sent them all the info they might have on file about me, and all I got back was a refusal to change my profile. Furthermore, their algorithm does not pay attention to what you're looking for. I asked for people within 100 miles of my area, and they were sending me people from clear across the country. They were sending me people of the wrong sex (I'm a female seeking a male), people who are ultra conservative (I'm not)… It did no good to state my preferences, because they paid no attention to what I wanted. The worst part, though, was their absolute refusal to assist me. They were cold, unfriendly, and made me feel as if I were some kind of an idiot. Again, choose some other dating app! Stay away from this one!

I attempted to create an account on OurTime and was in the process of completing my profile. I had uploaded three photos when I was suddenly logged out and received a message stating that my account had been blocked.

I contacted customer support and was told the account was under review. I was later informed that I had violated a guideline, but no details were provided about which guideline was allegedly broken.

I then requested two things: an explanation of the violation and one-time access to my account solely to delete the photos I had uploaded. Both requests were denied, and I was informed that no further emails from me would be answered.

Given that personal photos were involved, I found the lack of explanation and refusal to allow deletion of my content concerning.

I found our time dating site too old for me but that's not why I'm writing a review. You have to pay through Google pay which is a stickler for refunds! I prefer to pay just with my credit card anyhow. I was on the site less than a week. I did not like the app overall and I did not think it was worth the money so I ended up getting a refund after contacting Google Play numerous times. I'm beginning to believe there are no good dating apps and they're all pretty much a scam and bullshit! Furthermore not having customer service for something that personal and costly is ridiculous in itself. I think I'll just keep enjoying being single!!

Super Rip-Off Artists. Very expensive and you don't get other than continuous upsell efforts. "Our Time" Customer Service are rude and send you only standardized email replies. They remove decent photos or profiles without any explanations. Like others complain you can't get through to them. You also can't cancel their auto-renewal. Let others know.

Where to start? Password not being accepted. They give you 24 hours to reset but, the link expires immediately. Profiles are not always in your chosen area of town. People that are on the site often don’t match your preferences (e.g.) music and hobbies,

Was on the app for 15 minutes after signing up and it kicked me out. Went to log back in and it said access blocked. I emailed Customers service what was the issue they said I violated company policy but would not say what I did. I was only the app a few weeks ago and met someone so I went off. It didn’t work out so I went back on. I think he seen my profile and had me blocked. What kind of company would not let you defend yourself or let you know what you have done. I have always been respectful to everyone I have spoken to on that site. But I guess if one person gets upset with you for what ever reason they can get you banned. I would not recommend using this site also you put your preference distance age etc my age range was 60 to 69 was getting 24 to 85 and hundreds of miles away. Save your money and all the headaches that go along with this dating site.

A total waste of time! You specify a distance or area and it is irrelevant. You will get 'matches' from all over the country. Also, they state this is a site for 50+ year olds. I've gotten messages and like from men as young as 24! And when you constantly try to communicate this with them you are ignored. I have asked for a refund and cancelation which is also ignored.

I received a message saying, There is a problem with your account. Please refer all questions to resolutions@ support. ourtime. com and still cannot access my account.

As a paying customer, I expect quick resolution and professional communication. This issue is not only frustrating but also a poor reflection on the service. I’m requesting immediate action to resolve my account issue and restore access.
