Unprofessional and not responsive
We ended up working with this company after Clearco stopped working with UK clients. At first we thought we were going to have a similar level of service while actually this company has serious problems. After contacting them to discuss a top up (after having repaid almost 40% of the amount) we found out how badly organised this company is. It took 2 weeks to have a feedback on our request and after providing the information requested, we ended up talking with 3 different people whose the first two were actually unable to take any decision. Finally on the 23rd of Dec, after having asked for a call which was never setup, we receive an email from Rob Wilson (apparently a Global Customer Success Lead), who answers just saying they can't provide any funding and when I answered to the email( after 10 min), he already put the out of office until the 3rd of Jan. Seriously, I've been doing business for a long time now and I found the whole process and the people in this company so unprofessional and superficial. With Clearco we never had issues and everything was perfect. Just go somewhere else if you are looking for some cash in advance. They are just not able to provide the service the promise, hence I can't see any reason for companies like these to stay in the business.

Contacted again and again and again. No means no.
Contacted again and again and again. Sadly no means no. Even after being told no Winston has got the name of our MD and decided it would be wise to ring and speak to her. Made it clear on the phone and via email that this wasn't something we a) had time to pursue and b) wanted to look into. Just had a call now from a different lady who sadly got the brunt of Winstons unprofessionalism. Even after keeping the details if it was something we wanted to pursue, we definitely have black marked it now.
