Outdoor Dog Supply Avis

Fast shipping product exactly as advertised

It was easy to purchase the bowl and there were lots of delivery updates. It is exactly as represented. It's not your fault I bought the wrong size! I'll donate it.

I get exactly what I order! My orders have been processed in a timely manner. I've never had any issues whatsoever. ♥️♥️

I came in and exchanged the tt15 I bought on line for a tt15 mini. When I got home and charged it and turned it on, it will only blink red. I contacted outdoor dog supply and was told I had to drive back in to exchange it, which is a 45 minute drive each way. I’m hoping they will send me a return label to exchange it but it’s been 2 days with no word

Well, I was disappointed. The collar is much stiffer than I was anticipating, looks uncomfortable for him.
Also, the placement of the brass plate is off to the side and not centered on the back of his neck where it would be easily readable. As it is engraved, it’s not like I can return it, but I’m not pleased with my purchase.

Outdoor Dog Supply has a wide variety of merchandise. It's my go-to company for weird and wonderful things I need for my sport dogs. Orders filled and delivered promptly, stellar customer service. I can't even say how many years I've used them and recommended them.

We hunt with our dog most weekends and the last tracker we had died on us mid trip, lost signal constantly. This one's been solid, tested range across a field with my brother walking it out and it kept a lock further than the box even claims. Battery's lasted three trips so far without a charge. called them with a dumb question about the app pairing and the guy on the phone actually knew what he was talking about instead of reading a script. Order came fast too, had it before our next planned trip. Feels like it's made by people who actually hunt, not just some warehouse brand.

My items were sent to me very quickly. I spoke to the staff by telephone, and they were extremely polite and willing to answer all my questions. I will be ordering more hunting supplies from Outdoor Dog Supply.

Very responsibility seller, fast shipping. The item matches the description.

Great product. Great communication throughout the process, from purchase to delivery. And fast. I've ordered 2 collars from y'all, same experience both times.

The collar is just what we needed for our spunky 5 month old English Cream Golden Retriever.

Well made, USA made. Fast shipping

Got exactly the size and color, and also the type of collar I wanted. Thank you.

Always satisfied when we order from this company! I even made an error while ordering and reached out to them and they gladly fixed my issue promptly. Highly recommend!
