Your communication from day one
Your communication from day one, for every step of the way was top notch. The delivery guy was amazing and had two hurdles he had to get over and did it with care. I have not filled it yet but all set up and ready.

Great hot tub
Price was a good buy, was delivered on time.
The gentlemen unloaded it and helped me position it on my wood base. Installation instructions were easy to follow. We have had it up and running for 3 months now, no complaints at all.

Diagram is wrong
Your diagram showed the electrical hookup on the left, drain hose outlet on the right. The tub is the opposite. Due to it being wrong, it created way more work for the electrician. Also the hose for the drain was too long and has to be pulled out to drain.

I received my hot tub a lot sooner than expected, which was great! I did not set it up until a few days later. It did take over a day to heat to its highest temperature and it’s been consistent ever since. I enjoy it any chance I get and I love it. It’s beautiful and spacious

Great Customer Service!
My husband needed to call to find out the location of the electrical connection so we knew where to have the breaker box installed prior to delivery. The rep was courteous and knew the answer immediately. My husband also appreciated speaking with someone he could clearly understand when they spoke.
