Horrible cover
Horrible cover! This can’t be right! A brand new cover that I paid $700 for is already pooling water on the top of it.

I am sorry to hear your cover is not tapered as would be expected. I know we talked about flipping the foam to see if that helped create better lines for drainage.
This is a normal practice over the life of a cover, which allows better performance. I have seen unusual occasions where the cover needed to be flipped right away, but that is definitely unusual. Please keep us posted, and thank you for sharing your concerns.

I am so sorry for the issues with your order. You have an LS50 round spa; however, you ordered the oval LS200 cover. We ordered and shipped you exactly what you ordered, and I am so sorry that it was not what you desired.
The LS50 is a discontinued spa model, and we do not have the cover available on our website; it would required a special order to purchase that item.
We gave you an option to return the wrong item and provide the correct at a price that we would lose money, but would lessen the sting for you. I am sorry we could not any better than the $300 cost to correct the order error.
Still, if we can help you, we are willing to do our best to help you correct the situation.

Good customer service
Just put in my order for a hot tub today. The site wasn't allowing purchases to go through due to an error on a recent update. I reached out being on a Sunday not expecting to get a response until next business day, but they were right on it with a reply and fixed the issue within an hour and purchase went through. This is a good sign that the rest of my purchase will be a positive experience. So far so great! Will follow up when spa arrives
