The cover that I received is not the…
The cover that I received is not the size of the original cover for the spa. It hangs off an inch and a half on both sides. The material in the insulation is nothing like the original cover. When I called customer service they were extremely rude. The team lead argued with me that this was the right size for the spa which it is not and the material they use is subpar at best and you’re paying for a top quality cover. I will never purchase anything else from this company. 40+ years in the business and this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I do apologize that you are not pleased with the cover you received. The cover matches exactly the manufacturer design, and we confirmed the spa manufacturer that the cover and measurements you received is indeed what they have.
As for the material, this is aftermarket vinyl cover. It is expensive, but it is cheaper than the OEM model, which you absolutely could have opted for. The OEM cover is a new design, as the manufacturer is not longer doing vinyl covers at all. They only offer the WeatherShield poly cover in black.
I appreciate you sharing that the aftermarket cover is not the same as the OEM cover. And, it is worth noting that new OEM cover is not a vinyl cover anymore.

This is actually the second spa we have…
This is actually the second spa we have purchased from OutletSpas. The spa is of very good quality and affordably priced with free shipping. The spa was shipped fairly quickly after purchase and we had it in a couple weeks. The same spa was for sale at HomeDepot for about $1000 more and delivery was 6 weeks. It came very well packaged and there were no shipping issues. Start up was quick and easy and there were no leaks of any lose pipes or anything. Everything functioned as promised. We purchased the 110v plug in version of this tub this time and it's not as powerful as the 220 version we had before, but it still provides strong enough jets and heats up to full temp in less than a day. We loved the first spa we bought from OutLetSpas, and we moved and we could not get a 220 line to where we wanted this spa, so we bought the 110 version of the same model.

I love it! I got the the 65 jet hydrotherapy and it is amazing, especially for the price! I put it to 104 with the LED lights going and enjoy. No hassle. Ordered end of November and it was ready for a dip by January 1st. 🥰🥰🥰

Great experience, start to finish!
I called twice prior to delivery of our spa, to get more specific details on what to expect, when the spa was delivered to my curb, in terms of crating, orientation, etc. Both times I talked to a real person who took their time to give me solid info. This was very helpful. The spa arrived just as they said it would, in great shape. We are enjoying it almost as much as our grandkids! And the price was great!

Horrible service
Horrible service, I will never purchase from here again. There is no accountability for misdelivered items, or damages. They will offer you parts to repair an item that is supposed to be new that costs thousands of dollars, which has cost us over $1,000 in labor to our contractor. I am an interior designer and work with several vendors, in 20 years have never experienced a vendor this poor.
Their response is "I'm glad we were able to get you a new spa from the manufacturer." I had to contact the manufacturer on my own, to resolve the product issue. Outletspas did not take care of the issue.

I am glad we were able to get you a brand new spa direct from the manufacturer. It is true that freight damage does occur with LTL shipping; however, our team works with the manufacturer to address any issues and replace any cosmetic parts or warranty issues.
