I waited a full month before I received…
I waited a full month before I received my spa and did not receive updates during this wait.
Ceva Delivery Co did not show or call on their scheduled delivery date.
Ceva gave no notice after that of when they would show up/deliver my spa.
Ceva driver was short and rude when he delivered my spa. He seemed to be in a bad mood when he arrived.

I am glad you received your spa, but I am so sorry the freight company was not friendly to work with.
I am sorry they missed your first appointment, but I see they got it delivered on 08/01.
Your spa was ordered on 07/02 and shipped on 07/24, which is about a week faster than posted lead time. The spa was physically delivered one week later. So, it seems like you received your order faster than expected.
As soon as it was ready to ship, you should have received the tracking information to follow the transit of your spa. As well, the freight company called to schedule the delivery appointment (which is disappointing how they handled the missed appointment and final delivery).
We will share your feedback with our CEVA rep, as well.
I hope the rest of your spa experience is great, and I am glad you received your spa so quickly!

The spa cover fits and looks great
The spa cover fits and looks great. The cover is fine but the material is much lighter than our older cover. Hopefully it will hold up over a few years.
The delivery window was July 5th - 11. It came on the 16th.

I am sorry for any delay. The expected delivery date typically means to the local freight station, as they are expected to schedule a delivery appointment with you before delivery.
