The freight company only provides curbside service, and it is rare that they would wait around for the spa to be opened and removed from the pallet.
You likely received more service than would be expected!

Great customer service
Great customer service, someone answers the phone when you call and answers your questions. I find that very valuable today. I called with a question when wiring it up as well as, an issue I had with my cover. Everyone was great! Shipping was quick for such an item. Everything arrived as it was described. Very smooth process all the way around, great company to deal with!

Doesn’t fit LS350DX
I purchased the spa cover that claimed to fit LS350DX spa. If you click on the dimensions, the website states “N/A” but beware if you are considering this cover the dimensions are 83x71 (too long one direction and too short the other for the LS350DX) also locks are on the wrong side so I can’t lock it. There are gaps on the too short side that allows steam out of the spa and I keep finding earwigs and spiders floating in the water. If you want to buy a 83x71 cover you can get one on amazon for much less. If you want to take the time to do the measurements and purchase a custom cover elsewhere you can do so for much less. I mistakenly thought I was paying more for the convenience of getting a cover that fits the LS350DX without the trouble of having to do the measurements. After 1 phone call and 6 emails with numerous photos, etc , outlet spas solution is to center the poorly fitting cover and install four more locks myself onto the cover.

I am sorry for the error on your spa cover! The aftermarket manufacturer realized they swapped the template orientation and have resolved the conflict.
I believe you received a full refund instead of having them send you a new cover, and you can still use the cover you received by moving the buckles to the adjacent sides.

5/05/24: The customer service agent answered all my questions over the phone, I am the type that likes to talk to a real person than chat. So I felt comfortable to place my order. Now, awaiting the delivery experience.
Update 5/21/24: The delivery experience was as expected. The order came after the delivery window between 9 AM and 1PM. I called outlet spa and they gave me the freight company number. The freight company had the driver to call me and update me with his ETA. There was a small communication problem with their automated calling system, but calling them direct resolved it. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Outlet spa will give instructions on how to inspect your delivery before signing for it from the 3rd party freight company.
I am now waiting on the moving crew to move the spa from my driveway to my concrete pad. Once I get everything connected with an electrician and working. I will do one more update. Again, the customer service ladies at Outlet spa are very helpful with answering any questions no matter how crazy.
