I needed 6 outdoor tables for my outside dining area and was hesitant at first to buy from Outtans because the price was substantially less expensive than other tables out there. I went ahead and purchased them and was very happy with the quality, ship time and overall experience. When the tables arrived, there were two tables shipped the wrong color so immediately thought, here we go. A long battle over replacement and hours on the phone! Nope, a couple of emails and 3 days later the entire problem was resolved and I have all my tables ready to be put to use. All in less than 2 weeks! Thank You Outtans Team

I had a problem with the delivery of one of the two packages. Once I contacted OUTTANS, they promptly figured out the issue and sent out another box even before the shipper sent the missing package back. Once we assembled the table, we noticed a couple of dings/blemishes on the surface. I contacted customer service and they promptly offered an acceptable solution. High marks to the customer service for their quick responses to issues.

Our community needed a beautiful, durable, all abilities product to finish our clubhouse patio area. These perfect square tables with backrests did that AND MORE! What these tables did was create a space that is so inviting, comfortable and easy access that I know will become a treasures spot for all to enjoy for a very long time.
Once I got the notice my tables were back in stock, I ordered and it seemed like they were delivered quickly, great delivery experience, and YES all the assembly was as promised.

The quality of my table is exceptional! It arrived quickly! Love the color and durability!
My only concern was that when we got it, the shipping boxes were trashed! There is one small scuff in the coating on the tabletop as a result of the shipping!

We purchased the square picnic table and it's very well made & heavy duty.

We have still not received our table top. It was never delivered and our fedex tracking number disappeared. We have two benches and no tip for our picnic table.

Easy to assemble

The table we ordered arrived quickly and without ridiculous extra service fees for being delivered to a residential address. This was being used as a service project for a non-profit in combination with a memorial installation so that extra money was able to be spend on other needs. Table is very sturdy. Easy to put together. Should last a very long time.

Great packaging, instructions, fit, and finish once assembled. I would recommend. Just as good as what you would see commercially or in a park. I do wish there was a bright red.

Delivery was great. Instruction manual was one of the best I've seen.

The park bench got here safe and sound. It took me 20mins to put together. Looks great in my back yard.
