He was very thorough in his work,he cleaned the oven in no time at all covered the floor and worktops with sheets so nothing got dirty he took all loose parts out to his van to clean them and brought them back when they were clean. Very satisfied customer Dave moffatt

Drive and pathway irepearably damaged, they've had two visits and still not resolved.
I recieved a link to a terms and conditions that they detailed as a complaints process, this provided a name of a company that I was not able to get hold of, I had correspondence with a company not mentioned in their complaints paragraphs. I did receive a refund of the £170 for the clean but still no reply as to damages to drive and pathway, issue sent to Environmental Health.

We had Mark as part of Dean and Amy Wilson visit to clean our oven and BBQ. They were cleaned to a ok standard.
Our issues come from the clean up. We had to clean the area throughout where he had been.
There was then a spillage of some kind on the driveway and pavement covering ours and our neighbours drive.
The neighbours are obviously annoyed and have complained to us and the council, we have asked the contact what it is so we can get it cleaned but because payment was requested before the works were carried out, we have not had any response from them.
Although invoice says payments to be made within 24 hours, but as we were not home and had mother in law here, they had her phone us and make payment before they started.
Have been trying to get this resolved for over a week, there is no complaints process, just blame the franchisee and not do anything to help.

Mark has now done our oven 3 times and we are extremely pleased. He works extremely neatly and efficiently. I can highly recommend him.

I have been unable to clean my oven properly for some time due to a problem with my hands. Therefore the oven was in quite a bad state. Now my oven is clean and no burning smells. Will be definitely using this company again. The gentleman that did the oven clean was polite and efficient. Tha k you very much.
