Very good service thank you

Came out to clean my oven and damaged my brand new ceramic sink!!!! After being forced to pay for the clean otherwise “they couldn’t raise a damage claim”, I’ve had to chase twice already for someone to come back to me. I sent the information at their request over 5 days ago and still awaiting a response!!!

Avoid at all costs!! I’m hoping they come back to me to resolve or else I will be taking this further!!

Range cooker and hob clean
I was very impressed with the high quality of the oven and hob clean on our range cooker today.
He made a fantastic job of our oven and hob - it looks almost new. Great considering they are 19 years old.
Friendly and professional attitude- would certainly recommend to others.

Initially oven hob and extractor looked clean but on closer inspection they were not clean. Residue and grease left around seal on oven. Marks on stainless steel as if not rinsed properly. My sink marked with whatever was rinsed init. Also fronts of kitchen cupboards had to be washed as all marked with dirty drips

Terrible service and didn't have the right tools to do the job. Only cleaned the inside of the oven and when they took the door off they damaged the spring and then denied it by saying it was like that. Don't recommend and I could of done a better job myself. Stay away

We are extremely happy with this service. Andrew was friendly, polite and our appliances looked like new by the time he’d finished. Very professional job, will definitely book again.

Oven support bookings are not worth the emails they are written on.

They try to change your booking to suit them and then the day before they cancel and offer a slot later in the week. When returning the call they can’t fulfil.

Then to get a refund because the appointment doesn’t suit it takes 14 days to complete.

I would avoid and book local.

Easy to book and turned up and carried out a no nonsense service. Botgmh our double oven and ceramic hob look like the day they were installed in the kitchen. Will most definitely be using this service again.

Ash arrived within the advised time slot and called 30 mins prior. Ash was polite and professional and my oven is now sparkly clean! Highly recommended - thank you Ash!

This company picks and chooses when it wants to turn up they take your deposit then you end up having to get your bank to get the money returned there are better mobile oven companies that actually want the work my experience has been dreadful never ever again

Alex (S10)is a clean and tidy worker and did an excellent job, working non-stop until it was completed.
I have a delighted daughter and son-in-law who commented that their oven looked like new.

I had asked originally requested that the job be done in the morning which would have been more convenient.
However I is accept that the plan for that day’s work fitted it into the afternoon. A little more notice would have been appreciated.

Ash GU4 came and cleaned my oven, which had not been cleaned thoroughly for a very long time. He called before arriving, he was polite, professional and did an amazing job in a fairly short time. He kept everything clean and tidy and my oven looks like new! Highly recommended.

The service was absolutely fine from booking to finish the results were also good.
The engineer was a little late but I was kept in the loop so it wasn't a major issue.
