I not very happy with head office
I not very happy with head office. Made a morning appointment, rang halfway through to say it would be an afternoon visit. Had to cancell our appointment. Eventually Richard turned up at 5 pm and did a great job. Oven beautifully cleaned.He saved the day.

Terrible Service so far
I have booked a morning slot for my oven to be cleaned, they are still to arrive. I've called the office and they have confirmed they expect to be with me approximately 5pm. Terrible service so far, hoping they do a great job cleaning my oven. As it stands, I would not be recommending them to anyone

HORRENDOUS customer service
HORRENDOUS customer service. Just get someone else to clean your oven and please don’t bother with this lot. I clearly explained what oven I had and they agreed a price and then tried to make me pay more on the day. The sales guy was awful. Despite it being their error and rather than accepting some responsibility Oven Support just refused to negotiate. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Update….and now they want contact details to assist me…even though they already have my address and phone number and they had no interest in assisting me when it all happened. Obviously trying to mitigate the damage illustrated on this platform. Let’s see if they offer any kind of refund/compensation. I very much doubt it.
