Second time lucky.
After the original booking was not not fulfilled and without notice i was worried about another let down. However, Patrick phoned to let me know he was on his way, arrived early, did a fantastic job on the oven and extractor, leaving them looking brand new.

100% will use again
Had to rebook a bunch of times which they were happy to accommodate. They came out and couldn’t complete the clean as my oven suddenly developed a fault. I wasnt penalised for rebooking.
Had the clean complete today and am very happy with the work done, will 100% use again

Booking was easy
Booking was easy .
Courtesy call the day before to confirm the time .
Did not attend in the time slot advised I had to call to be told I was given the wrong time slot .
That aside Rhys turned up an hour later and did a fantastic job on our oven .
Would have been 5* if the team booking appointments sort them selfs out , but cannot fault the guy who cleaned the oven he did a fantastic job .

Great company and fantastic customer service, I was called on the morning of my booking to confirm and told I would get a phone call from the designated cleaner to give an ETA which also happened. A friendly man cleaned my oven and now it’s all sparkly clean! Would highly recommend
