The service was fantastic my oven looks like new

Mick recently came to clean my double oven. He was brilliant, punctual, polite, not judgmental as I hate cleaning the oven!
Customer service staff also very good.

Transparent about cost, easy to use website and bookings system, excellent communication throughout and did a great job cleaning up a very dirty Range cooker that we inherited with our house move.

First class service, it’s like having a new cooker

Easy to talk to and helpful in any way they could.
The person that came to clean my oven was friendly and highly skilled producing an 'as new' finish to my oven both inside and outside.
I cannot recommend these people higher.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We called up in the morning and by mid afternoon we had a gleaming oven - just like new. Ian was brilliant - -even replacing a broken lightbulb which he had noticed. Will definitely use again.

The oven now looks perfect and brand new. We are well pleased. He did a brilliant job. We recommend Ovengleamers to clean my parent's oven.

Turning up to the appointment on time, well mannered, efficient and the job was perfect. We are moving and our buyers will feel as if they have a new oven. The only reason not 5 star is the price is full but you get what you pay for

Outstanding service. It was really easy to book a convenient appointment. Michael did a brilliant job and has made my oven look like new - it sparkles! He was very polite and took care to make sure everything in my kitchen was left clean and tidy. He even fitted two new bulbs in my oven. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future.

Turned up on time, explained the cleaning process and the correct products to use and then just got on with it.
The range has never looked so good I’m loath to cook on it now!

I was able to get an appointment the same day which was excellent, and he even arrived early. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the ovens, taking everything out, and they look like new. I would recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but on this occasion I feel compelled to share my experience.

I paid £250 for OvenGleamers to clean my one-metre range cooker. When I booked the appointment, I was advised that the clean would take approximately four hours. That gave me the clear expectation that the oven would receive a comprehensive, meticulous clean.

Instead, the technician was at my property for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes before leaving. In my opinion, there is a huge difference between a four-hour professional clean and one completed in just over an hour. I genuinely feel I was misled when booking the service, as the time spent bore little resemblance to the expectation that had been created.

Later , when I was able to inspect the oven properly, I found a number of areas where grease, residue and carbon deposits remained. I photographed these areas and submitted them to OvenGleamers as part of my complaint.

To be fair, OvenGleamers responded promptly and repeatedly offered to return under their Satisfaction Guarantee to address the areas I had highlighted. However, by that stage I had completely lost confidence in the service. Once trust has been lost, I don't believe a customer should feel obliged to invite the same company back into their home.

What disappointed me most was not simply the quality of the clean, but the company's refusal to offer any form of goodwill refund despite the significant difference between what I believed I was purchasing and what I ultimately received.

I have owned and run my own business for over 25 years, so I understand that complaints arise from time to time. The true measure of a business is how it resolves them. Unfortunately, despite several polite exchanges with the Franchise Operations team, OvenGleamers refused to offer any refund whatsoever and maintained that a revisit was the only solution.

This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have a different one, but based on mine I would not use OvenGleamers again.

Lee is a miracle worker! My range oven hasn't shone like this since it was new. He arrived at the time he said he would, and just got on with the job despite it being another hot day. Very pleased with the booking service and the fabulous results. Thank you so much.

I had my oven cleaned yesterday by Kevin. He arrived punctually and did a thorough clean. He had high standard of work and the oven looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Oven gleamers and intend to use again.
