An untrustworthy company - avoid at all costs

If this is a genuine company (which I very much doubt) they are the very worst of them! On two occasions they cancelled their appointment with implausible excuses. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund which never happened. My telephone is never answered by customer support (perhaps my number is now blocked??) and when I speak to an employee on the booking line, I am advised customer service will return my call but they don’t.

I strongly advise anybody considering using this company to think again; they will take your money in advance then fail to provide the service you booked and then fail to refund you.

Dishonest

They quoted £55 for an oven clean and I paid half. On the day they rang to confirm and quoted £80! I refused to pay and asked for a refund which they reluctantly agreed - that was a month ago. Now I find e
mail cant be delivered to the email on their website or on my order confirmation. I don't suppose I'll get my £27.50 back.

I booked a clean of my oven December…

I booked a clean of my oven December and paid a deposit in good faith. The date was confirmed and I paid the final amount a few days before the cleaner arrived. After 4 cancelled appointments I cancelled and demanded a refund, on 20th January.
After a number of calls, speaking to sympathetic staff I am still waiting for the refund in week 1 of March 2026.
I will be in contact with my bank to retrieve my money.
Do not use the company, they are not honourable!

Worse customer service

Worse customer service. I would recommend not using this company. I booked a cleaning however no one turned up. They cancelled and there was no attempt to contact me via email as they couldn’t get hold of me via phone. Happily sat on my deposit until I contacted them. When trying to rebook, was told of an added surcharge of £25 to clean 2 small racks as I live in a flat. Rude customer service told me that per the t&c I have to wait 28 days for a refund. The lady then proceeded to hang up on me with no remorse. Completely rude. I would never use this company again.

Unexpected Surcharges

Booked in for an afternoon slot. Driver came at 8:30am ergardless, claiming that he couldn't see parking on my road. I said that I could see a spot from my window and offered to go down and stand in it. By the time I'd got downstairs he'd hung up on me and was no longer answering.

Company rang back in the afternoon to re-book, claiming they needed surcharges for parking and because I was on the second floor (despite there being an elevator). Neither of these were made clear in the booking process. Refused to issue a refund.

0 stars! Do not use this company is nothing more than a ponzi scheme to take money from you and ignore any attempts to refund. AVOID! On companies house the individual listed is David Alan Reynolds and the listed address is 130 Old Street, London EC1V 9BD. I imagine he will be getting some fan mail you are disgraceful as a company and nothing more than fraudsters who should be prosecuted for theft.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked online in advance for someone to come to my daughters flat to clean a freestanding oven and grill. She was moving in and had no other means of cooking. This company requires half of the money upon booking, then phones up a day prior to them arriving to request the remaining half of the fee.. then stating that they charge an additional £10 to clean the top of the cooker! Trying the hard sell (other appliances, Teflon liners etc)...then to top it all, during the 3 hour window they gave they rang up to say that the cleaner had broken their tooth and couldn't come...they tried to reschedule for 1 weeks time...I asked if they had other cleaners in the area, and apparently they hadn't. I asked them to refund and that takes 2-3 weeks to process ...yet they are quick to process taking my money without providing a service. An appalling experience with this company....avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible customer service, had my appointment changed because there was no engineer in the location, even though this appointment was confirmed. When the date was changed the engineer didn't show and I was asked to change to the appointment once again. I choose to cancel and requested a refund, as had paid £75 upfront. Was told this could take 14 days to be returned and THREE weeks later still no sign of my refund. I have called customer service four times so far and still the same excuse, my refund is 'pending' even though I have asked for this to be escalated. No clue when this will be refunded. DO NOT USE, it's not worth your sanity.

Would I recommend- NO!

What can I say, booked an appointment and it was cancelled at 5 o’clock the day before but surprise, the cleaner turned up next day to clean my single oven but he didn’t stay long, just 25 minutes from me opening the door till closing the door after he departed. Wow, that was fast I thought but after he’d gone I checked the oven, the door was gleaming, the inside looked okay, it was fairly clean but I’ve never had an oven cleaner who didn’t clean the racks! Big disappointment and I certainly can’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m just grateful I didn’t pay to have any other equipment ‘cleaned’ despite the hard sell.

Laughably BAD

I think maybe the only time these guys have actually seen a clean oven is while shopping at Curry's. Laughably bad. The guy arrived late but that's ok. Said he had finished after about 40 minutes. WOW.
I looked at it from a distance, glass looked clean, unfortunately I didn't look closer. The guy was in a hurry to get to the football, I paid the outstanding balance and he shot out the door. He left the facia and knobs covered in grease, he didn't even clean the bulb cover, the easiest part of the entire job. LOL
Didn't remove the oven seals to clean them, didn't clean the roof of the oven and what he did attempt in the oven was not good either. Couldn't even clean the grill tray wire rack. OMG this was bad.
I only booked after my usual oven cleaner couldn't do it asap. And I book oven cleaners now because I know how good they can be.
I think these guys would be alright as window cleaners but that's about it. I should have read the reviews beforehand. I got conned basically. :(

Unreliable and rude staff

Last October, I had an appointment cancelled three times, with no chance of a further booking for weeks. So, I cancelled and finally got a full refund. In Early February, Louis called and somehow persuaded me to give them another go, which I reluctantly agreed to. I booked the 12noon - 4 pm slot. Yesterday at 7.30 am, I had the engineer on the phone, who said he would be with us at 8 am. When I explained that we had booked and confirmed the previous day, that it was from 12 noon onwards, he became very rude and unprofessional, and put the phone down. Obviously, he decided not to turn up. Not at all impressed, rude, unprofessional and very unreliable.

Having seen my review published, I find it interesting that I have been unable to find a single review that offers more than 1 star; a lot would have been "0" if that option existed. They do not even bother to reply or offer any excuse; perhaps they have run out of them.

Disgraceful company keep away zero stars.

What a shambles of a company cancelled twice without letting me know they are great at taking your money and wanting to sign up monthly and upgrade to have everything done
But after they have taken your money thats it your on your own
Still waiting for a refund.
They do not respond to emails at all when you ring they just say payment pending.
Whatever you do do not go with this company if you do dont say that you have not been warned.

2 x neff oven clean

I booked a 2 x neff oven clean, paid the deposit. On the day they were due they called for the rest of the payment. An hour later they cancelled, apparently the cleaner was sick. I rebooked and again on the day they were due, they cancelled. I then asked for my money back. 28 days, 2 phone calls, reviews written and still no money back. Absolutely terrible

Appalling company

Appalling company. Sent someone to do an oven clean and had to pay a £37.50 deposit. The person couldn’t do the oven clean due to a fault with the oven so I was told that I would receive a refund in 14 days. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. When you call to chase this they state that their accounts department cannot speak to anyone so the only way to communicate is by leaving messages for them. Absolute waste of time and money, would strongly advise anyone against using them ever.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW

I booked a clean for 27th November and called on the day to get an ETA, only to be told the clean was not taking place and had been rescheduled, without letting me know. Since they'd already let my friend down FOUR times, I didn't want to be treated the same way so I cancelled the job and asked for my deposit back. I was told it would take 28 days but as of today, 5th February, it has not been paid. All they will tell me is that the payment is pending with Accounts, no I can't speak to them and neither can customer services to progress this. It's like talking to a brick wall and they know that eventually you'll just get so exhausted that you suck it up and move on. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!! They need taking to court.

I booked a clean for 2 weeks before…

I booked a clean for 2 weeks before Christmas. I also asked for the hob and extractor to be cleaned too. I paid a £55 deposit.
I then decided to cancel the booking as it was done for me by someone else.
I have now made 7 calls to request a refund and every time am told that the call handler will ‘escalate’ it with the finance department. They also refuse to let me speak to the finance department.
I told them I wanted interest added to my refund amount as they are accruing it in their account ( I know I am probably deluded)
I have currently raised a Dispute with my bank.
What also concerns me is that when I ring them they know who is calling without having to ask for my details so I am clearly on a database that I have not consented to be on!

Never Again

I used to use a local company but they closed so contacted Oven Support. My home oven cleaner was good not as good as the previous independent company but good.

I booked again for a friend's oven hob and cooker hood to be done. It was cancelled day before scheduled clean TWICE. Will avoid this company in the future.
