On time, very helpful guy, explained everything, made no mess, great customer service and super clean clean.

I have had my oven cleaned before with other businesses and they always leave the house exactly the way they found it.
The mess that was left after our oven was cleaned today was unacceptable - oil dropped and there was no floor protector out and the mess on the floor had to be cleaned up after he left. The oven was cleaned to an ok standard but not the best.

Excellent service. Oven now all singing and dancing. Matthew was charming and kept up conversation with me even with his head in the oven. Would use this company again and I would highly recommend.

The operative arrive when expected and made a very good job of cleaning the oven and hob. Very pleased so will employ them again when required.

Had oven and extractor fan cleaned this week, amazing job. Not been cleaned in years, now look like new. Very pleasant man did the job in an hour. Will use again, and the price was very reasonable.

Having been let down by another company the week before I need to find another company quick. This company kept me informed all the way after booking an appointment over the phone and all the staff were very friendly. Stuart attended today and called me before arrival, he was very professional and friendly. He has done an amazing job on our cooker and I would highly recommend

Very poor experience. Original appointment got rescheduled on the day last minute. Then no call no show at the rescheduled appointment!

We called customer services once it passed the time slot who said they will be with us in 30 mins but an hour later still nothing. Called again to be told it’s cancelled.

Very poor service and never actually got round to having the service we paid and booked in for!

Amazing result! Alex did a fabulous job and was a lovely guy. The booking system online was simple and easy. What I didn’t appreciate though was the sales technique used by the guy who called to confirm the booking. Trying to sell me things I didn’t book for. Very annoying. But I’ve given 5 stars for the ease of booking, Alex who cleaned, the result and the price.

Customer service appalling. Requested a morning appointment, and had an email to state they would request a timed appointment.
Had a call the day before, to pay remaining cost. I expected to pay that on completion of clean. They stated my appointment would be between 11am and 2pm. Stated I had to leave at 2.40pm to collect my son from school.
At 1.30pm the cleaner had not turned up. Call to customer services, the am request is only a request and can not be honoured.
Can reschedule but can not guarantee an am appointment but if I cancelled I would not get a refund.
My oven was cleaned but WILL NOT be using this company again.

Steve and trainee Zak turned up on time , calling before arrival . They did a fantastic job of my oven and hob , efficient and polite . Leaving my kitchen clean before they finished . Checking I was happy , I am very pleased, the bad reviews made me slightly nervous I had absolutely no problems , paid £25 deposit, and remainder on the day . 5 star .

Five bookings and two attempts to clean and reclean my 2 x ovens, 1 x micro combo oven and extractor.
WHAT A COMPLETE DISASTER THIS COMPANY IS. OVENS NOT CLEANED, DOOR AND GLASS REASSEMBLED INCORRECTLY. THIS COMPANY OVEN SUPPORT IS DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!! ANYONE WHO WANTS PHOTOS PLEASE SEND ME A DIRECT MESSAGE!!
