Simon came to clean my oven today and I couldn't be happier. Service with a smile and a sparkling oven, what more could you ask for. I also have a very nervous dog and he was so good with him. I would highly recommend. Thank you again

Extremely pleased the young man ( Logan) was prompt and polite. Worked efficiently. My cooker is old but he has achieved excellent results. The booking process was easy and I was kept up to date with his arrival time.

I'd read a couple of reports which made me a tad apprehensive. The company is very professional. The oven had been neglected but Simon, who did the work was v. very good. The oven looks like new. Would thoroughly recommend.😀

After 3 false starts with dates finally got done today , young guy called Jamie and I've got to say he has made a fantastic job of my oven that was really bad , such a pleasant guy and deserves this credit , thank you

Terrible customer service. Only offered me an AM or PM slot when booking so chose AM as I had work on the afternoon. Called them on the day when they hadn't arrived by 11am to be told he was due between 1:30pm and 2pm so absolutely NOT an AM slot! I told her I had to leave for work at 1pm and could not be contacted on my mobile while at work. Got a friend to pop to mine to wait for him and he didn't turn up until 5:45pm! Absolute joke and they rang me repeatedly on my mobile despite me telling them I couldn't answer! The guy did an amazing job and was so apologetic but said he'd told his work countless times about the mismatch between what people are booking and what they're getting time wise, because of this I absolutely will NOT use again! Whole day wasted and pointless booking a slot if they're going to disregard it!

I lodged a complaint regarding misleading pricing, lack of transparency, and refusal to refund a deposit in relation to a booking made with “Oven Support” on 26 March.

At the time of booking, I selected a single oven clean and paid a £20 deposit. The service was presented as a fixed-price offering based on the appliance type. At no stage during the booking process was I informed that pricing could vary depending on whether the property was a flat or located on an upper floor.

As of 21 April at approximately 5:57pm, I had received no communication confirming the appointment time for the scheduled service. I therefore contacted the company myself. During this call, I was subjected to repeated attempts to upsell additional services, despite clearly stating that I only required the single oven clean.

More seriously, I was informed for the first time that because my property is on the first floor, the price would increase to £65. Following this, I reviewed their website, including their service pages and terms and conditions. I can find no reference whatsoever to any additional charges based on property type, floor level, or accessibility.

Their published pricing appears to be based solely on the type of appliance. There is no clear or prominent disclosure of any conditional pricing that would increase the cost based on the location of the property within a building.

This represents a failure to provide material pricing information upfront. Introducing a significant additional charge less than 24 hours before the appointment—after holding my booking for nearly two months—is unreasonable and unacceptable.

When I challenged this, I was informed that my £20 deposit would not be refunded. Given the lack of transparency, failure to communicate, and introduction of undisclosed charges, this refusal is unjustified.

Simon arrived on time, which is great as the property is hard to find! The ovens and top were cleaned to a very high standard, as shameful to admit, was one dirty oven! He was very professional but at the same time friendly, warm and entertaining, would certainly book with this company again, so long as it was Simon so I could listen to Beethoven again🤣 well done, keep singing and smiling..

Phil gave a courtesy call prior to arriving. He was early and after inspection informed me of a small hole in top oven . He advised he couldn’t clean it as if would further damage the bottom one . He arranged for a refund with the office.
Work carried out to a very high standard.

The gentleman was on time and completed jod very well. He was late but sent messages beforehand to advise. He worked late to finish the job. Excellent quality. Shame about the office having to book 4 different appointments as could not accommodate
