Very poor company. They cancelled 4 times and were difficult to contact. Still waiting for refund. NEVER pay a deposit to any such company. STEER CLEAR.

Had a booking put in notes after 3.30pm was contacted @8am told he would reschedule his day no one arrived after 3.30 contacted c/s was rescheduled for Friday am heard nothing of eta contacted c/s on Thursday for eta update was told I would be contacted.
It’s Friday heard nothing contacted c/s told not coming out.
How these companies are in Buisness is beyond me if they think they can just mess customers around and we’ll fall in with there plans.
I thought I was employing them not the other way round.
Have requested a refund watch this space for updates!!

4 phone calls for my refund been fobbed off by customer assistance,told staff member who issues refunds is off🤷‍♂️
eventually been told refund issued that was Thursday,takes up to 3 days today is Monday and still waiting.

It was unfortunate that the gentlemen were later than expected but I did get a txt telling me they’d been delayed.

I booked an oven clean on 24th June after a phone call from Donna. I had used the company 2 years ago and been satisfied. The clean was booked for 30th June. I paid £20 and said I would pay the balance on the day of the clean. Over the next few days I received several phone calls urging me to have more kitchen items cleaned. The day before the clean was due I received a phone call giving me a 3 hour time slot and I paid the balance. The morning of the clean it was cancelled as the cleaner was sick. I phoned to get a new date but when that date came and the clean was again cancelled I phoned to request my money back. 3 weeks later and after numerous phone calls I still have not received my refund. This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to continue trading.

I found the online booking system to be easy to navigate and the guy that they sent out, Michael, was very efficient and friendly. I am very happy with the results he achieved. I received a great service, thank you!

This company cold called me with an address on file from 10 years earlier. I did need a clean and agreed. They wanted all payments up front and trued to agree me for more. Day of the cleaning they rang up with illness, 2nd apt they didn't turn up full stop and tried to rearrange. I declined and requested refund. 10 days later, still waiting. Steer clear I'd say

Canecelled three times, when they did turn up job was very half hearted and only partially done compared with historical companies. Unfortunatey only active company in our area at this time. Cannot recommend find an individual

Had my oven cleaned in Feb 2025, and wasn’t great.
Have since been subjected to many calls (sometimes daily) attempting to re book my next one. I have asked each one to remove me of the call list, I have phoned to complain and quoted the “right to be forgotten” I am entitled to under GDPR and still the calls come! It is harassment! Blocking the incoming calls doesn’t work as they use a new number every time.

Absolutely horrendous from start to finish. Wish I had seen the reviews to begin with. Messed me around several times I asked for a morning slot and they said the day before it will now be late afternoon. By 5pm they were still not here so I rang and they said they wouldn’t be with me till 7/7.30pm which is pathetic when I have children and its bed time. Why would I want someone cleaning my oven that time of night. After booking my
Oven clean the sales team hound you calling several times a day asking if you want other appliances cleaned I had to block the number. I am now waiting for my refund which is apparently still being processed but will believe it when I see it it’s nearly been 2 weeks. Never known anything like it such a poor company not sure how they are legal.

Is it possible to give zero stars? No. That’s a shame - because I can’t comment on their work… Because no one turned up.

Attempt one: got a call to say they were running late. Okay I can accept that. A bit later they cancelled about half an hour before they were due.

Customer Services (there’s an oxymoron with this company) rebooked me for a couple of weekends later. Queue me getting a friend to come and house sit for me to let the people in.
Slot booked for Sunday AM, with a time slot given of between 10AM and 1PM.

Attempt two: It’s now 1:30PM and I’ve heard NOTHING. My friend has been there since before 10 and no one has turned up. I’ve had no phone calls or emails. And oddly enough there’s no one answering when I call the company to see what’s going on.

So as it stands, my friend has wasted half their Sunday off sitting in my house waiting. And I’m currently out £40 for a service that simply never arrived!!! Angry is not covering it right now.

I highly recommend Simon for his excellent cleaning of my double oven. He had a very pleasant and professional manner. I would be pleased to use him again.

I wish I had seen these reviews. Booked an afternoon appointment to which was changed to morning appointment night before they were coming so had to cancel, told me they only do full day appointments, failed to say this when they took half the money off me! I’m struggling to get my 45.00 back, they just say it’s with there accounts department.

Awful scam company!! I stupidly paid upfront, they cancelled at short notice. I’ve asked for a refund but doubt I will get it. I should have researched more. DO NOT USE!!

Cancelled last minute, had changed all my plans to accommodate them attending and received a voicemail less than 16 hours before them due to arrive

Firstly the cleaner did not arrive on the date agreed. I was told he had rang in sick.

Two days later he arrived. Did not clean the oven very well. The floor was filthy when he had finished. It took him about 15 minutes to do. The back of the oven and the top were still dirty. Do not use this company.

Hidden fees and rude customer service

I paid £40 for an oven clean - £20 as a deposit and told the remaining balance would be paid on the day by cash or card.

On the day customer service rang to confirm the appointment but said the remaining payment had to be over the phone and that the email about payment on the day was probably outdated. They then proceeded to tell me that since I live in a block of flats it would actually be £90 for the clean (no prior warning or information telling me this beforehand). After saying I’d like to cancel and get a refund they swiftly said they could do it for £65 as an offer.

Half an hour before, the cleaner rang me to say he was on his way and asked if there was parking to which I said no, there was only on street parking in the area and none for my building. He said that was fine he’d just have to find somewhere nearby.

Half an hour later I receive a voicemail to say the cleaner couldn’t find parking so he’s had to move on and they’d reschedule my appointment for another day. They are now refusing to come altogether because they said my building doesn’t have parking and customer service are denying the cleaner ever said it was fine for him to find parking nearby. Bearing in mind they could have asked me any of this or made this information clear at any stage before the day of cleaning, this is an extremely poor way to run a a business and embarrassingly disorganised. The staff were extremely rude and unapologetic. I’ll be going elsewhere for future cleaning.

Refund requested. I was informed this would take up to 14 days. Now on day 15 & despite several phone calls no communication or refund received.
