Ovenu Avis 

This operative turned up to clean my oven but advised me that the oven in question was going to be very difficult to clean because of its age and various faults.
Following a conversation, I said I would get a Bosche replacement and that he would replace and remove the old oven for £50. He called a 'mate' who does this kind of thing every day and said it was 'easy'.

The new oven arrived and he came and attempted to 'plug it in' - this fitting the product. He had apparent problems with the current into both plugs, but left me with one which appeared to be working.

An hour later the oven was as dead as a doornail.
He came back and faffed around with the plugs but didn't do anything of import to ascertain what the issues might be.

When I EVENTUALLY managed to get hold of the original oven provider, they moved heaven and earth to replace without huge delays from the manufacturer while they assessed whether there was a real technical issue with the oven.

The operative didn't take the old oven away as agreed because he 'couldnt get it in his van'. I was relying on this service agreement because I have extensive arthritis in my hands and back.

I was therefore left with having to dispose of this oven alone.

Ordered a new oven from another provider and decided to check the plugs out. I found that by flipping the master current switch, everything got live again, and at least 6 appliances I plugged into where the over was connected to were fine.

When I contact Richard, he was highly defensive, difficult and just nasty. I think he thought that this was going to be an easy bit of cash.

He wasn't up to the job, he's cost me a fortune in phone calls; and didn't grasp his ineptitude and the huge amount of stress cause.

I would strongly recommend that you find ANYONE else when it comes to oven cleaning. Because the man is opportunistic and very, very unpleasant in his approach when challenged.

My oven looks brand new, it’s amazing. We adhered to social distancing rules (and I realise the oven is in my home, but we weren’t in the same room, windows open, he wore gloves, mask, used own tools etc). Paul was polite and friendly, he left no mess left behind, the products used were all child/pet friendly too.

I have been using Ovenu for quite a few years now and Kerry for two visits. A wonderful job, no fuss, no mess and my oven is left looking brand new. Would recommend her to anyone. Well worth the money!!

My oven was cleaned well and he had a difficult task! I was disappointed to find that he charged an extra £25 for the hob although when asked to quote this was included in my request. The previous operative had never charged extra over the 15 years or so that he had been cleaning my oven

Used Ovenu based in Rugby and Dave was brilliant. Friendly, reliable, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. 100% will recommend and will use again.
