From start to finish everything was planned for us perfectly and everything we wanted from a holiday considered. Even when there was potential complications with our flights we were put at ease and offered every alternative. Amazing communication and such a friendly team.

The team provide a personal service by finding out what you like and what you don’t. They then offer recommendations but are happy to change if required. I love they post all documents to you and the personal touches I have booked with them several times and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend

What really sets them apart is Cat. She gets my sense of humour, my impulsiveness, and even my regrets (there are a few), and somehow still manages to calm me down before I book something ridiculous. Patience like that should come with a medal — or at least a lifetime supply of wax melts of her own. With Cat and Brett, I never have to pretend to be someone I'm not, which means more to me than they probably realise.

They go above and beyond every time, and I genuinely can't recommend them enough. If you want a travel agent who'll listen to your chaos and still send you off smelling like a scented candle aisle, book with these two.

The advice, knowledge and support provided before booking gave us complete reassurance that we were making the right choice. They went above and beyond by printing and posting all of our travel documents, completing our API and helping with the relevant immigration forms, which meant we felt fully organised and ready to travel.

They were always on hand whenever we had a question and responded incredibly quickly, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the whole process.

The team at Over The Moon really cant do enough for you. They take care of everything so that once you have made your booking, the only thing left to do is pack and get on the plane. They have great travel experience so can make personal recommendations and will always give honest advice and not just try and get the sale.
