Overtop is Trash
This brand with it's constant advertising and PR campaign has been showing up on my feed for the last 6 months and it was just this month that I needed a new bag. I went online and after a thorough vetting in which I saw their blazing reviews, I selected a bag and waited an entire week for the bag to arrive. When it was finally delivered, the bag I received wasn't at all what was shown in the pictures from the website and they have aloooot of pictures from different angles. It is made of the most low grade material, the stitching is abominable and the (garbage bag) despicable quality makes you want to scream with frustration. I have been constantly trying to contact them via email and WhatsApp and called several times on their number but so far they have just sent me a cute little message that "your complaint has been forwarded". Wth does that even mean? I am asking for a simple refund. I have never been scammed this badly in my life. These people need to be behind bars for their lowly service and constant scams which have been going on for quite a while considering all of the swindled customers on Trustpilot.

The advertised photos showed a stylish, durable bag, while the real product feels like a ₹100 plastic sheet—glossy, feather-light, and poorly stitched. It’s laughably inferior to what was promised.

False Advertising & Fake Reviews:
Their website is flooded with fake 5-star reviews to trick customers. Meanwhile, Trustpilot—where they boast a 4.7 rating—actually reveals the truth: 1-star complaints dominate. Real reviews (like mine) expose scams like “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” delivering coin-sized bags or items that rip within days.

Ghosting & Zero Accountability:
After receiving this trash, I messaged them on Instagram, emailed, and even tried WhatsApp—no response. They’ve perfected the art of ignoring customers once they’ve stolen your money.

Trustpilot Deception:
Their claimed 4.7 rating is a sham. Dig deeper, and you’ll find hundreds of angry customers describing identical nightmares: unresponsive support, fake tracking numbers, and blatant lies about product quality.

Final Warning:
OVERTOP is not a legitimate brand—it’s a systematic scam. The fake reviews, misleading ads, and ghosting “customer service” prove they prioritize fraud over integrity. Do yourself a favor: avoid this brand unless you enjoy being robbed of your money and sanity.

At the first to delivery rider apko call b nai krta or mark delivery attempt kr k nikal jaata hai, phir apko zaleel hoty hoty shehar ki nukar per inki jo main branch hai wahan se bag pick krna padta. Or phir jab aap pick karo to 3rd class quality ka stuff jis per shayad me chabbi b rakhun to phatt jaaye. 1600 k hisaab se i guess itni bezzati kaafi hy. I will only recommend this bag for University going peeps jinky paas bus aik kitaab ho, because kuch b or daala to shayad ye bag Allah Hafiz hojaye. Fraud scammers they didn't send the same bag which they shows in there ads dont buy anything from them fraudsters

I received my order yesterday. It's a sheepra bag in black color. It's ripped from inside. I already sent you msg on Instagram and also sent you email but no one responding.

They are fraudsters and scammers! They scam people by their "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE" Bag scheme and it turns out to be a geometry box kinda bag with the Low quality bag! Dont ever buy anything from them!

DO NOT purchase anything from these scammers!! They are using fake pictures and committing fraud. Very cheap quality bags.

Do not purchase from this website under any circumstance. It is a scam website that sends absolutely cheap quality bags by deceiving customers with fake pictures. Furthermore, they are constantly hiding reviews and comments, and refuse to reply to your messages once you've made an unsatisfactory purchase and want a refund/replacement. This store should be closed. Shopify should take immediate action against this website!

I ordered a bag from OVERTOP with their "Buy One Get One Free" offer, but I only received one bag, and it wasn’t even close to what was advertised.

To make things worse, the quality of the bag I received was terrible. Honestly, it looks like it’s made from a garbage bag material. I couldn’t believe how poorly it was constructed compared to what was shown in the ad.

Also, the bag had their slogan "Real is Rare" printed on it, which is pretty ironic given the "real" product I received was nothing like what was promised. It’s rare alright... rare to find a company this unprofessional.

I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but all I got was a generic response saying they would "forward my complaint" with no follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to be ignored like this.

This has been a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I won’t be shopping here again, and I suggest you think twice before ordering from them.

3rd class se bhi bura bag tha intehai low quality. Size bhi hota upto 17" mention hai or 15" ka laptop bhi pura nhi aya. They're not even receiving call or replying anymore. Don't purchase from them never ever.
