I rate one star because it is not possible to rate lower. This is a classic rip-off scheme. They show photos of a CLEARLY 3-D cat Christmas tree ornament. What you receive is a flat piece of plastic akin to a luggage tag, with a photo of the image on it. When you complain, they claim that there is a description somewhere (I couldn't find it) saying the item is a 2-D ornament, not 3-D (which the picture CLEARLY is). They won't accept returns or offer refunds for this shoddy, misrepresented item. On top of how badly misrepresented it was, the cheap, flat piece of plastic they shipped me was even all scratched up! Why can't people do business honestly instead of trying to scam people?

TERRIBLE ! Item looked nothing like catalogue and they would not refund . Clearly customer satisfaction is of no concern . NEVER order from this unprofessional maker of trash .

It's a shame you can't give a minus star review for this company. I spent over £30 on 4 cat Christmas tree decorations. The adverts make these look like 3D tree decorations. In reality they are cheap, tacky, flat plastic decorations that are only fit for the bin! Really not impressed at all.

I ordered a sweater and jacket a month ago never got a confirmation number. I’m still waiting for my packages I have no idea when I’ll be receiving them.

Ordered weeks ago, paid to ship, and it still hasn't reached the post office!

The shirts I ordered arrived securely sealed in zip lock bags,
They were correct designs and sizes ( actual sizes not imaginary made up version of Large or X L that are actually A Medium,,
Shipping time was a little longer than expected but will plan for this in future purchases ( gifts)
The only thing I would say on the negative side was the ads that show so much lit up colors that make the shirt pop of the page, is not what you get. Best way to say it is I paid for Gloss paint and I got Matte finish.
I don't think the level of "glow" you are using on your ads should be promoting your products,
Your shirts Have great design and fit, make images less glossy and promote the Quality and uniqueness more Fervently,.

This company uses copyrighted artwork and poems. We are now in the process of starting legal proceedings against them as we have sent them a copyright infringement notice that they are currently ignoring. Please do not use this company. They are fraudsters. Read the reviews and if you go on website scammer their trust rating is poor. BE VERY AWARE!

I placed an order a few weeks ago, your company took the money immediately , but no confirmation, no tracking number so I have a feeling I was scammed. Please respond.

I‘ve ordered a hoodie in this store on 10/27/2021 and all I have is the confirmation and spam. I wrote the support, but they seem to not be bothered to answer my question. I‘m glad I payed via Paypal and can get my money back. And now I have to look for another present in time.

Ordered a cat Christmas ornament 3 weeks ago and was thanked for my order but still no tracking number and unable to contact the company. They never answer the phone and their contact email just takes you in circles. Was a birthday gift for someone and now I have to find something else. But my payment went through very quickly. Order # 23489.. very dissapointed.

The ornaments I received are nothing like the image shown. They are flat, dull acrylic junk. I can purchase nicer ornaments at Dollarama. Buyer beware. Definitely not worth the price they are charging. I was so disappointed. Unsatisfied with customer service.

I have my confirmation that I placed an order on 10/29/2021. So far the only message I've gotten is "Hi Deborah, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." I paid for priority production and shipping. My order is #25838. This is a Christmas gift that I will have to ship out once I get it in. I cannot believe that they haven't even done the production yet. No one should pay extra for the priority production and shipping ... it helps no one.

I ordered two shipments on October 13. One was finally delivered this week. The other has still not arrived! The products are great, but so far it has been almost a month and one is lost in time. I would like to order for Christmas but do not trust delivery.
