No delivery 🚚🤔
Firstly I still don't have the furniture which should have been delivered 7/7/26. FedEx gave a tracking number so when I rang them they told me the supplier hadn't delivered so I needed to contact the Company. I was then told it was Fedex who had the problem.
Due to other commitments I will now be delivered to on 20/7/26. Fingers crossed that FedEx are in the same page.

Delivery of Harlequin drawers arrived…
Delivery of Harlequin drawers arrived damaged. Replacement also damaged, plus damage to the staircase wall. It would help if the delivery included unpacking and inspection.

It turned up when it was supposed to
It turned up when it was supposed to .
But delivered by one person. It says heavy 2 people to lift.
The mirror door is bent. Because of the way it was packed and carried. Or something heavy on top.
I would have sent it back but the last bit to put on was that door just to see it swinging out and not closing properly..

The drawers we bought are genuinely…
The drawers we bought are genuinely unusable. All of the drawers are misaligned and fall out to the floor the minute you try to use them. I’ve tried contacting customer service and have had no response. Keep clear!!
