It was really useful, I have learnt a lot and it has encouraged me to carry on AF. It has helped changing my perception of certain habits that were not good, and at the same time encouraged me to build a good foundation for improving things. It is not magic, you need to put a lot of effort, and have discipline, but if you do, it really helps.

I did the 90 course last year over the summer and it helped me massively. I then tried alone and I'm starting to slip... and it's a slippery slop, any drinker knows that!

I'm going all in now with the 365 challenge as I want to get back to being alcohol free for longer and a stronger me. My mental health improved and with the daily videos and the Facebook group it REALLY works!

Last year, during the pandemic, I was drinking heavily. I thought by self-medicating, I could alleviate the stress and physical pain I was feeling. However, it reached a tipping point, and I knew I needed to do something. My previous attempts alone weren't cutting it, so I turned to OYNB for assistance. Their daily video content provided so much in helping change my relationship and view of alcohol. The community is also supportive and a great help when it feels like you're doing this alone.

I am almost through an entire year alcohol-free. I've never done that. Ever. I celebrated holidays for the first time without drinking, and it was a great experience. I am sleeping better, establishing healthier routines, and am in a much better spot than a year ago.

OYNB kept flashing up on my FB feed and I decided to give it a go, I was drinking way too much and every day and felt overweight and just awful!
So I went in at the deep end, signed up for 365 days and I'm on day 178, completely alcohol free... I honestly don't think I'll ever drink again. My life has improved in so many places, my health, my family, my work, and my weight... I've lost 30lbs and I'm training again!
The daily videos really helped in the beginning, as did the FB community which is probably the very best part, such a great group of people, all going through exactly the same thing... trying to get control of alcohol, or just get rid of it!!!
It's been worth every penny spent, I couldn't recommend it enough, looking forward to reaching 365 and onwards, I've actually stopped counting the days :0)

Everything OYNB said in the adverts came true for me. I sleep better, feel healthier, my skin feels softer, my mind sharper. All round happier. First time round I didn’t make it through the 90 days - the team were supportive, reset the challenge (for free - that is what they do!) and made it. I don’t want to give up alcohol completely- there are times I want to share an occasion with friends - but the point is, my “relationship” with alcohol has totally changed. I am no longer it’s slave. If you are even thinking about giving it a go - you need to try....go for it!

For a few years I was following this page ONYNB I’d always see the posts how peoples lives have changed by being alcohol free, i always had it in the back of my mind to do it but I never thought I would until one day I woke up from a vicious hangover I thought you know what let’s do this things need to change and here I am on day 149 with no blips I never thought this would be possible! I’m happier healthier more energetic and in my mind everything is clearer and a lot better, I’m excited to experience more benefits I feel there’s more to come.

HI Everyone - Well have to say the OYNB was so much more than I had imagined it to be. Never thought for a minute I would last a month... in fact I lasted several months - TBH I have not completely given up - as I do occasionally have a 'small sherry'... yes a sherry! I was a big wine drinker - not really going back there. A year ago today I decided to change my relationship with alcohol - gave it up completely and read all the good material that the 'Tribe' recommended - what an eye opener. I have made some major positive life changing decisions - like changing my job of the past 20 years!!! I think the biggest feedback I would give is how much more you find your true self by giving up the 'wine witch'. So have a go guys - what's to lose. Thank you OYNB

I started following OYNB about 2 years ago. I have found the stories and support from the community amazing and inspiring. It feels wonderful to feel part of a community that makes such a difference. They have really supported my 365 days alcohol free. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of taking a break from drinking, cutting down or wanting to go alcohol free. It really is the best thing you can do for yourself.

I'm so grateful that I found OYNB, or rather it found me. At a time in my life that I was wondering about my relationship with alcohol and how I wanted to move forward, OYNB, with deep connections and commitment to mutual support, was right in front of me. With the information, education and community I have changed not only my life, but the lives of my adult children, siblings and co-workers. I had stalked the OYNB site for about six months before taking the plunge into a 90 day challenge. The program is fantastic! At day 77 I upgraded to 365 and haven’t looked back. The program gives you daily emails and videos to give you the support and tools needed whether you are just curious about a life without alcohol or wanting to be alcohol free. The Facebook community is a complete game changer- Without that group, I’m not sure how successful the last year would have been.

I signed up for the 28 day challenge and really enjoyed all aspects from videos to the engagement on FB within the private group. Everything worked seamlessly and the support was invaluable. I’d thoroughly recommend to the “sober curious” or anyone just keen give themselves a break from the booze. Thank you OYNB!

I have been following for a few years now. I absolutely love this group and what they do. The online access to the supportive private fb page is great and the tips given when you sign up for the challenges are well worth it. I signed for the 90days in 2019 and this time have upgraded 365. You can reset your challenge at any time so you don’t loose access or have to pay again. It has certainly helped me change my relationship with alcohol. The only issue is as it’s a British company and the conversion rate from 🇬🇧 to 🇦🇺 makes it a little expensive.

OYNB has transformed my life. The support network from the team and Facebook tribe is above and beyond what I expected. Without the honesty this group lays bear I wouldn't have gotten this far. It has done this for me and I am so grateful for the daily emails, additional courses available and access to the FB group full of like minded people hoping to take control back from alcohol.
If you are someone who is uncomfortable with their co sumptuous of alcohol… I can not recommend OYNB enough!!

Just amazing! I'm not exaggerating when I say that OYNB has changed my life. I signed up for the 28 days, then extended to 90 and then to 365. I'm on 6 months alcohol free at the moment and not intending on going back. The support from OYNB has been amazing, the daily emails come at 6am, just at the time I am having my morning coffee & are brilliant to help stay on track & set the tone for the day. Amazing content, excellent customer service and a such a fantastic, supportive community they have created. I can't recommend highly enough.
