Big disappointment Dr Feras Clinic does not deliver what it promises
I had crowns replacement procedure done by Dr Feras recently.
I am withdrawing my initial endorsement of Dr Feras Clinic upon discovery that Dr Feras had denied responsibility of his misdiagnosis and misprognosis of my condition. Furthermore, the Clinic has failed to issue me with the required Warranty Certificates. What is shocking is the non existence of any after care customer service.
When I attempted to contact the "medical consultant", Dr Reza to address my grievances, I was told by him in no uncertain terms, that it is not his responsibility, he had relayed my issues to Dr Feras and he has a lot of other clients to deal with. It is ironic that I don't recall him ever mentioning his unavailability before I paid for the procedure.
Henceforth, I will urge that Dr Feras Clinic remove the videos, it took of me, from Facebook and Instagram as they were posted on social media without my consent.
