Did not fit my awning!
Delivery time - great. Fast replies - great.
Compatibility - terrible.
They did not fit my vehicle. I was told they would. I double checked my vehicle specifically for compatibility via email and was reassured they will work.
For starters, I had to drill an extra hole for the other fiamma awning bolt to go in, also my last option after having to bend one in a vice, is to use material as backing behind the awning to compensate for the angle of the 3 brackets being out of line.
It's been 3 days of trial and error.
Huge amount of effort to get these to work.
My experience with this product - very poor. Could hardly have been worse unfortunately.

Completely unfair review.
After I've replied to every call, SMS and email you seek specific advice and all that I answer is for liability reasons (more when someone is not sure about what is doing) I can't provide installation advice about any product different than mine. That's all.
I do need to clarify that the brackets are perfectly compatible with Fiamma adapter for the vehicle/application you contacted me about.
Now, the additional hole you drilled is not required for the brackets to be installed correctly. Otherwise Fiamma woud be putting more holes on the adapter.
You didn't know how to proceed with the installation and sometimes is better to give up and leave on hands of a specialist.
More important, you do not need to bent, drilled, modified or alter in any way. I specifically advise against modifying the brackets, as any modification can compromise their intended fit and strength and would void the product warranty.
I always stand behind our products and on customer's side, but I do not accept you putting on the product/business the responsibility of not having skills enough to do a proper installation.
The product is compatible with Fiama and your vehicle, the rest is on your hands.
Also, if you go through Fiamma documentation you will find out liability is a thing in this sector, and they provide similar statements: 'Fiamma refuses responsibility for roof damage or water ingress caused by incorrect installation or installation on weak roofs.' or '“Fiamma declines every responsibility for any modification of the product that may cause damage and/or injury to things and people', an even the manuals, like F45RG_044295_200-20260.pdf mention 'The brackets have two holes: to install the awning only one screw (supplied) is necessary; use the most convenient hole'.
I run my business on my own, give 100% to every customer, check Internet wide any other person saying there is a compatibility problem with the brackets. This is 100% unfair.

Eventually we got the incorrect items returned, the refund sent, and the correct items were delivered! Pedro has been very helpful and the bracket clamps I bought for my coaster look incredible! Would highly recommend supporting this local Australian business and purchasing good quality products from someone who cares about the people buying what he sells. Thanks again Pedro!

Incredible service
Incredible service - I contacted the site via the webform late at night and had instant response from Pedro. Throughout the entire process from enquiry to delivery he was attentive, immediate response with all relevant information provided. Delivery was super quick too. I'm yet to install but have no doubt the product is as excellent as the customer service received.

Pedro is simply fantastic. Ordering from the United States is challenging, but Pedro stood ready to help me figure out how to get the parts I needed shipped. I have a whole roof of his brackets lining the roof of my Coaster and I couldn't be happier. Heavy, well made and durable. I couldn't be happier.
