I have just added my orders and paid it via Afterpay and then suddenly as I’m checking my orders as to when is the delivery my account got sign out on its own. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

What a horrendous, headache inducing experience dealing with Ozsale. If you don't care whether you will receive your order, the state that it will arrive in, and you also happen to have a few months to waste waiting for their customer service team to do the right thing, please shop with Ozsale.
I purchased a number of items on 30 Nov 2024. When my order eventually arrived, there were many items missing. The items that did arrive were packed so badly that it looked like it was just thrown into the box from the top of a building.
I contacted Ozsale on 17 Dec 2024 regarding the state of my order and they have still not refunded me for the items that were not delivered.
Msg to Ozsale: You are illegally retaining my money and earning interest thereon for goods that I have purchased and not received. Please send me a prepaid return label or provide me with a full refund for the undelivered items ASAP. Otherwise you will be hearing from the ACCC.

The missing items are:
1. 3x Sukin Brightening Radiance Gel Cleanser 125ml Pump Row - Qty 2: Only 2 bottles arrived instead of 6.

Returns made and received. No voucher provided as described by their returns process.
The App is really hard to navigate and track returns and/or provide feedback such as evidence, attachments etc. OzSale does the absolute minimum in terms of customer service.

I purchased two pair of shoes from…
I purchased two pair of shoes from OZSALE over 4 weeks ago and the size does not fit me . Also, they send a wrong Tommy t shirt in my second Orden.
I contacted ozsale immediately, sent a lots of photos, open many tickets, emailed and they did not reply and when replied ask me to do the return in the app and website.
Of course , I tried many times and it not showing my invoice , that's why I cannot do throw to the app. it is not working the system and I need to send this product back and get my full refund please.
That was over 3 weeks ago.
I would like a solution please.

Ordered an item on the 3/12/2024. Item shows it had been shipped. However item stopped in transit and of course they a courier company was used that does not seem to have any way to contact. Whats even dodgier is that i have been contacting their resolution team. I asked for a refund twice since they have not given me any indication of where my item is, so they delete the msg thread.

Worst customer service experience ever…
Worst customer service experience ever -warning do not buy from here. This is the worst customer service experience ever. I was gifted an Ultimate card for a wedding present and Ozsale was one of the providers. The gift card was for $200 and the purchase I wanted to make was for $270 but the system would not allow split payments. The ultimate gift card site recommended changing the gift card to an E-voucher for the site however the system would only let me purchase 4 x $50 vouchers. I made the purchase but when I went to complete my order the system only allows ONE voucher. There was absolutely NOTHING in the terms and conditions about this. What followed was 2 months of absolute abysmal customer service trying to get this resolved. The only way to contact them is through an online system and it takes 2 - 7 days for a response, when they do respond it is a generic statement often having nothing to do with the request you have made or information you provide. I received absolutely NO help from them and ended up having to resolve the issue with Ultimate gift cards. DO NOT BUY from this website if you want customer service.
Don't be fooled by OZSALEs replies. I was not provided terms and conditions when the vouchers were purchased through Ultimate gift cards. OZSALE made no effort to even read my messages through their online platform let alone try and resolve my issue. Really truly abysmal customer service from a company who could not care less about their customer.

Ordered Bed Frame and Base. What was delivered was nothing but a disgrace.The first of two cartons had obviously been opened and repackaged,I.E. Second Hand. The Bedhead inside was damaged.Subsequent requests to get my money back has been nothing but disgraceful actions. by OZ Sale to deny a refund for a product they supplied knowing it was damaged .I could go on with more insight into their disgraceful behaviour to deny me a full refund but please get the picture.
Do not understand any circumstances buy from OZ Sale. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs. How a company with the privilege of trading in Australia carries on in this way with its customers is beyond me.
Well now I was advised that a courier will pick up the return on Monday He did not show up so I contacted OZ Sale again,I was assured for the second time it would be picked up again the next day.WELL THE COURIER TURNED UP ,GUESS WHAT ,HE HAD THE BASE FRAME THT THEY FORGOT IN THE FIRST DELIVERY!!!!!! Can you believe such incompetence. And then they come on sites like this with smarmy “Oh so sorry,bla,bla,bla, You can see it all over with other customers complaints. Seriously STAY AWAY!!!!!

Couldn’t care less
Postage took ages, then the courier didn’t leave package at address nor did they leave it at the post office across the road. Was sent back to warehouse instead.
After 3 weeks I finally got a reply saying I will get a refund but postage was lost & can’t resend order again. And it’s now all sold out. That was it!
No common sense where staff couldn’t care less about the customer. Terrible service & no help available.

I will NEVER shop from Ozsale again . I bought 3 items that were not the right size as described . I requested to return the items as I was sent the wrong sizes and I was LIED to , IGNORED and SCAMMED of my money once I returned all items as requested and paid full postage for all items . They have lied saying they sent the refund with no evidence or refund to speak off and Ozsale have no section for customer to lodge a complaint or to escalate these issues .
