Absolutely OBSESSED with all of their products but especially last years Bow Christmas set!
Still using it now and it smells absolutely incredible and makes skincare so much more fun!🩷🩷🎀

UPDATE..
After speaking with several customer service agents .. finally spoke to Gina.. who totally understood why i was upset.. she admitted it would be upsetting to have the free gift added to the mystery bundle i'd bought.. bearing in mind i wouldnt have known what the mystery bundle contained & was given a large box with 1 item inside..as the free bundle !

Bought a mystery bundle for a teenager, had lots suitable in pics, recieved a few items all aimed at older person .. none of the 'fun'things..also iordered a welcome bag says worth £30 . Huge box came, inside a small bag. Inside that a small box . Gift selling £18 ! Yes.. it was free. But dont understand why they mislead you ? At least the free gift was a fun thing suitable for a teenager..
Should NOT show pics & lie !! I emailed them & got a very dismissive disinterested reply & they still say the free gift was worth £30 when they sell it for £18 !!
You have now agreed you should have sent a lip oil . Which i have NOT recieved , sent cctv of the lip oil but Not shoen in my package !!

I absolutely love my p louise skincare I buy a bundle every month and it never disappoints me. The packaging is always unique and so are the flavors this month I got the blue raspberry and I'm sooooo excited. My skin is glowing and super soft and smells great and p louise is the only place I get all of those with my skincare. P louise is the absolute best even customer service is amazing when I do have concerns they help me to solve the issue and responds promptly. Can't to see what she does for the Christmas castle of products this year hope you're ready to order cause I am those Christmas castles go really fast

This visit to Plouise was all that we expected & more. Staff member Amelia, was fantastic, really made us feel welcome & relaxed (which is important for my Niece who has Autism). My Niece had a fantastic, amazing time for pre birthday present

Customer service was amazing and let me cancel my order. Overall a really pleasant experience and I was responded to within a day.

Bit disappointed, ordered a clean girl checkout bundle which included a bag, makeup mist, lip oil set and makeup remover wipes. The wipes i received were a 2024 batch and are out of date 4th Dec 2026, this set was intended for my teenage sister for Christmas and this expires a few weeks before Christmas.. i don't expect to buy beauty products and receive one with only 5 months before expiring. Should not be sending out 2 year old batches with new orders. The rest of the set is fine as dates are set on when opened. This has put me off buying from this company again which is a shame as delivery was good and the products look nice.
*** phone call received after this review flagged up their system, all helpful on the phone stating they would send out a batch past Dec'26 and i'd receive an email when dispatched, never did so chased it up but apparently she was on holiday, then continued to say they couldn't locate that flavour with a date past Dec which i think is pretty shocking that their products have short expiry dates not even lasting 6 months which unless stated on website is a buyers right for a refund or exchange. Anyway said i'd accept a different flavour she said leave it with me il be in touch tomorrow, she never was. I have chased up again and still no response or issue sorted 8/9 days later. Fob you off with "great" customer service to hope you ammend feedback as requested and then don't actually fufill rectifying problems.
*** now 14th July apparently all of their wipes in any flavour do not have expiry dates past Dec so they've not made any since 2024 as that's when the batch i received was made. Option is to return "in date" as they put it wipes for a refund of the wipes. Pretty pointless as the whole gift set will now look pretty rubbish with 1 out of 3 items missing so has ruined a Christmas gift. Definitely would not buy from this company again with such short dated products as these are used on skin they should have much longer shelf lives.

Exceptional customer service recieved from Hannah and Olivia with a query I had regarding an order. The response was prompt and helpful and Hannah also left the communication open should I have any further queries. Very impressed 🙂

Had a such amazing experience today, everything is so well laid out and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The products and really well priced and the food was lovely! We travelled over from Ireland and was well worth it! Will definitely be back again and highly recommend. It’s every little girls dream 💕

Slow to respond to help email and don’t care that product is going to wrong address. Would not purchase from them again as they offer no support and what feels like bot replies…..but not at a bot pace.

The order has not been delivered at either address - and Royal Mail tracking doesn’t work. Do not purchase if overseas not worth the hassle

I ordered a 2025 calendar and it arrived completely empty. I emailed customer service who replied asking for a video of the box and packaging. I sent the video… then I have not heard anything back. I emailed again to ask for an update, and still no reply. This is ridiculous, why would you send an empty calendar? I’ve paid £50 for a box… it was also meant to be next day delivery and it took 2 days to come, for me to receive an empty box.

Edit- I rang plouise and they have rectified the order and are sending out a replacement calendar.

Our first visit and we had a lovely experience! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really buzzing atmosphere. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself!
